I had a not so great episode in the past with your Quick Lane service. In particular, I refer to one of the of the service writers who appears not to be there any longer. Which is great news for your customers! Since that time your service people at the Quick Lane, have been stellar. Your technicians have always been great, but now the front office team seems to be on track, as well! There is one thing, and it is minor. I bought The Works package for $39.95, which was to come with a $10 mail-in rebate. I never got the rebate form.

The guys in parts and service were friendly and helpful. I've been to a lot of dealerships and usually work on my own cars. It's quicker, easier and almost cheaper to have them change my oil rather than doing it myself.

My salesman Kurt was no nonsense and gave me all the pricing information on the truck I wanted to purchase up front. Kurt even came in off duty to complete the sale. I was in and out in a little over 1 hour. This was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had!

First time visiting Tamiami Ford as I just bought a 2014 Ford Explorer Sport on the East Coast. Super quick and very inexpensive compared to import servicing, I think I'm going to like being a Ford owner.

Whenever I need service, I am confident that I will be treated well and with respect. I feel as if the staff makes every effort to educate me about the needs of my car even though I admit to being basically non-automotive. I do follow the guidelines and bring my car in for service in a timely fashion and in return, they take good care of my Edge.

Brought my Mercury Mariner in for a routine oil change. Staff was friendly and helpful. Was greeted upon arrival and was told it was be about a hour and half wait. But it was ready in a hour. Always take my car there to be serviced. Waiting room is always clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend them for their service and price.

After having 3 clutches and module control replaced on new ford focus with 17,000 miles with each visit Jose went out of his way to help me and to resolve these problems. I have never met a person who has shown much concern for a customer and with all the problems I had with this car he has made things a little better for me.

I leased a brand new Ford Escape and turned in my ford focus early that was leased from a different dealership. This was the best experience I've had with any dealership. Didnt waste time waiting around and was very happy with the service i received.

alturnator charging not checked when replacing 2 batteries.

Car failed after you had fitted 2new batteries. Alrurnator charging had not been checked. Very bad service. We were told on the phone that we could get a lift in the shuttle which was not possible. I then rented a Ford car for 24 hours at $35. 15,000 miles on the clock. A very nice car. All was Ok except that I suffered a total lack of power while returning it to the airport on the Saturday. Fortunately I was on a very quiet road. I could pull over and start the car after a couple of attempts and drive back on very reduced power Ford reliability triumphs once again.

I purchased my 2012 very low mileage from German Toyota it only has 16,000 miles and in great condition. I love the vehicle but felt very ripped off ( by fault of my own) they lied to me about several things so I refused to bring my vehicle there for service or ever deal with them again after doing so for the past 4 years. I was pleasantly pleased with my treatment and upfront honesty with your dealership and will continue to use you. I will most likely need to turn in my mustang in about 1 - 2 years to purchase a off road 4x4 suv as we will be moving. Regards, Joyce

It was my first visit to Tamiami Ford and I was very impressed with how my service was handled. I had a courtesy driver who was very nice that took me home and picked me up when the service was finished. My serice advisor was very thorough in explaing everything and did a very nice job.
