We bought a 2015 MKZ Rreserve hybrid from Wallace Lincoln of ft pierce and was told our car was guaranteed certified preowned only to bring it in for service to find it was not. They called it A Line whatever that means Suddenly our salesman Rich Kurtz has no recollection of telling us it was certified preowned. They out and out lied to us. I'm calling news on your side to fight this.

Mike Rolle was very courteous and knowledgeable of his product. Diane Skipper handled the financial aspects in a very timely manner. We purchased the black label option and will be able to comment on that option when we use it.
