Melissa McLaughlin's professionalism, courtesy, thoroughness, and complete commitment to excellent customer service made our experience a pleasure. My husband and I feel completely comfortable going back to her with questions about the amazing technology that the Outback offers. She made it clear that she welcomes any and all concerns we have. We can't praise her enough.

I had totaled my vehicle a little over a month ago, and had been looking all over for a replacement car. I have always been an avid car enthusiast and have a few friends that are DIE HARD Subaru fans, so I decided to give them a gander. Upon walking into the dealership I was immediately greeted by Kevin. I went on a test drive, and I knew I was going home with that car that night. Melissa worked up numbers for me, and the rest is history. There was no pressure when dealing with anyone at the dealership. No sleazy gimmicks or games, everything was straight forward and simple. Every person who I spoke with was extremely kind, and helpful. If you are looking for great cars and a helpful team, then I highly recommend Delaware Subaru!

I had very limited time, and the sales person was very aware. Made the deal very quick without the usual malarkey of having to check numbers with a hidden entity. Actually gave a price better than the number I had.

Great First Experience with Subaru! Love my Forester!

The test drive was amazing! Drove the Forester on roads I knew well and even tried the back-up camera in the parking lot of a local school! Every person at Subaru was hospitable. Jim managed our time well, worked on getting appraisal of my trade-in while I drove. He explained process clearly. The 0% financing made the deal especially enticing! Jim went over the car's features in detail but also offered to continue the education two or more times in the future. Everything about the experience was comfortable. I felt cared for and treated like a special customer! Thank you!

I had an very pleasant experience buying my Forrester at Delaware Subaru. My sales person , Gary Dobbins and the reset of the team Jim Colihan and April Gambacorta were great and made buying a buying a car a very pleasant experience! After a few minutes in the show room, I felt at ease and Gary and Joe made me fell right at home! Gray was very professional a very nice person and did everything to make me feel satisfied with my purchase. When Gary left to price my trade-in ,Jim sat down and continued to fill me in on the car's features and he immediately felt like a friend. Gary , Jim and April work as a very pleasant, experience team. At no time did I feel pressured to buy the car! I have purchased at least 6 new cars over the years from other dealers (4 Subaru from other dealers) and I always felt they were trying to push the sale and I was just another purchase. Not a pleasant experience. not so Delaware Subaru. Toward the end of the sale I met April, she came over and she too made me feel comfortable and ask me if I was comfortable with the sale. A nice sales manager. Iwould have no problem buying another car from this dealership and with tell my freinds.
