We are very impressed with the wonderful experience we had at Carter Chevrolet! My husband had purchased his truck from Carter a few years ago and suggested we go to Carter to just "look" for a new car and ended up buying one! The salesmen at Carter are very professional and engaging but not pushy! We were helped by Larry and Mark. Both very experienced and knowledgeable which is great but even better, both very easy to communicate with. They both gave me the feeling that we were in good hands and that was very comforting. We couldn't be happier with our new vehicle and will not hesitate to return to Carter when we need another vehicle. They made the whole process very easy and that was fantastic!

I have just purchased my 5th new Chevy from Mark Cross. Mark is very unique in the fact that he is not simply bound by a prepared sales pitch, but he functions in terms of the real interaction between himself and the customer. I am a buyer at work and interface with salespeople daily. I picked out a Cruze this time, gave Mark a payment i wanted and he simply made it happen. I didn't even ask the particulars of how he made the payment work until picking up and driving the car away in less than 48 hours. No offense to Mark's coworkers but he is the only one i would purchase a car from.

Wonderful service and care. Mark Cross took me over every detail of the used car I was looking at and allowed me to take the car for a test drive on the highway and backroads in Manchester so I could get an idea of how the car handled. Superior customer service, very friendly and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. I feel incredibly comfortable calling them with any question concerning my car, and they called me a few days after I bought the car to make sure I was content and everything was running well!
