We called ahead with the truck in mind that we found on the website. When I arrived, the truck was ready to review and test drive. My associate at Monaco, Nate, was very knowledgeable, approachable, and extremely helpful with my questions. I am usually uncomfortable When trying to buy a vehicle, but Nate made it enjoyable. Pick up and purchase went smoothly. Overall, a very nice experience.

I got everything done including the ceramic coating and a spray in liner within 2 days of deciding to buy the truck. And that was including a time in which we had a snow storm. It was a killer deal for the truck and the trade value was more than generous.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. I never thought I would have good things to say about a dealership, and I wasn't even looking for a Ford, but the staff at Monaco really impressed me. I worked with Henry in sales and throughout my search for a truck, he was the only saleman who was respectful, accomodating, and knowledgable all together. I was so disappointed in how I was treated at other dealerships but Monaco truly earned my respect and trust. Henry sold me a fantastic F150 that is perfect for what I need, and I absolutely love it. When my credit union screwed me over on my loan and backed out of the interest rates they gave me, Mario had my back and found me a bank with rates and a down payment that worked for me. He took plenty of time to go over the paperwork with me and made sure I understood exactly what I was signing. I have nothing but excellent things to say about Monaco Ford, and I am so happy I bought my truck from them!

I am finally enjoying my new Focus RS! A big thank you to the Monaco and Sons Ford in Glastonbury, CT. Although I live in central Florida, this is my second vehicle purchased from this dealership and my first new Ford. Yes, they are that good. When I decided to purchase this "rare bird" of a car, after a few super disappointing calls to some local dealerships, I was on the phone to the M&S team. My salesman Jeff, was on the task from day one, keeping me updated and informed with each step of the lengthy RS ordering process. The manager, Spiros, was also available and willing to insure the customer was taken care of satisfied. I can't thank them enough. A+ To the Monaco and Sons team!

I went to Monaco because of some immediate family members have history with Monaco. CLEARLY I see why they all have gone there. I felt like I was the only customer of the month and that I was a priority. Between Greg & then Mario who finished the deal (financial part) with me - I could not have been treated better. John was the guy to learn me how to use this amazing vehicle. Truely - if you are ever looking for someone to film a commercial - I'm your girl. I look forward to years of dealings with Monaco. PS - I am leasing a 2017 Ford Fusion - LOVE IT.

Found this truck online and itappeared to be everything I was looking for. I had never been to Monaco Ford before and was quickly pleasantly surprised. Great place, people, and the truck was everything it was advertised to be and more. A real pleasure to do business at Monaco Ford. My seven year old grand daughter loves to ride in the back seat of Poppi's big blue truck. I couldn't ask for more.
