We bought our first Ford from Monaco in 1975, at recommendation of my father-in-law. Benn using them to service our Fords ever since. I currently own a 2020 Escape, which I am having Monaco do regularl maintenance and a safety recall. They have complimentary pickup and delivery service for vehicles that are left for the day.

We called ahead with the truck in mind that we found on the website. When I arrived, the truck was ready to review and test drive. My associate at Monaco, Nate, was very knowledgeable, approachable, and extremely helpful with my questions. I am usually uncomfortable When trying to buy a vehicle, but Nate made it enjoyable. This is a family owned business for 4 generations that take excellent care of their customers. The Monaco's are very active in veterans and community affairs. After having a bad experience at another Ford dealer, Monaco Ford definitely made up for it!! After recently contacting Monaco to install an electric starter in my Super Duty, I had an outstanding experience! When I called with a few questions and to schedule an appointment, Jerri in service was such a great person to work with!! She was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable with every question! When I walked in, I was greeted by Megan at the front service counter who was also very helpful. She took down all of my information and went through expenses with me! Then I met Andy, he has been installing car starters for years and definitely knows what he’s talking about!! He was very kind and was also able to answer all of my questions about my newly installed product! This dealership was very impressive from my first phone call to my first step into the beautiful and very clean dealership. Lastly, the customer waiting room was so comfortable and it felt like home, sitting next to the fireplace and reading a magazine. I would definitely recommend Monaco Ford to anybody and I will definitely be back for my Super Duty needs! Thank you to everyone in the Monaco crew!!
