onThey close at 10pm mom - Friday. Came in at 7 thinking they close soon. Was in and out in 23 mins. Very clean and comfortable dealership. Will bring my other non Ford for service as they are a full service dealership.

To Busy to help a Ford Owner

onPurchased a new Mach-E from a different Dealer in San Diego. They will not give me the time of day or treat me with any kind of respect or professionalism. They told me I don't have an appointment and will need to wait 2 weeks to have my car looked at and used the EXCUSE that they are to busy. DO not buy a Ford if you want good service. This Dealership proves that they get to choose who to give good service to and who to turn away. Very upset they don't care about anything sold outside that dealership. Ford Dealers should service ALL Fords. Not just the ones you made money on.

Great Service

onI'm not sure if this request is related to my routine service on August 8th or my schedule service on August 13th. The service on the 8th was great. Came in for routine pre-paid maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc.). I was expecting it to take 90 minutes but was please that I got out of there in less than an hour. The service on the 13th was scheduled when I was there on the 8th; to have three recall items cured. I was only able to get two of them taken care of as Ford didn't have the parts available for the third item (I was told that it was a relatively new recall and they didn't have the parts available). Seeing as how I only have one vehicle, the one thing I appreciated the most was having the ability to drop my car off Wednesday evening, get a rental car, and not be inconvenienced while without my vehicle.

onService person I worked with was very friendly and very helpful. He helped me with my blue tooth and got it working correctly for me. I also came in at 6:30p and I was out the door at 7:25p with an oil change and tire rotation and a clean SUV. Everyone was great!

onAll work requested was done as expected, items asked to be check on (brakes) was done and reported to us and work completed in shorter time then told after our approval for work to be done. Got help with problem on phone connection in car as extra bonus. All persons we interacted with were very professional.

My recall experience

onI was a bit early but I was taken care of immediately. Also the service advisor "Matt" kept in contact with me and discovered that the rear brakes needed replacing as well as the recall being taken care of and called when I could pick up the Edge....the car spoils me...came from an Outback Subaru...of which I owned three..Had to switch to a larger car because of wife's art business..Research said an Edge and I have not looked back since. Great vehicle and mileage is acceptable in fact matched what I was getting from the Outback and this is a V-6 to boot.

Poor Service at Capistrano Ford.

onLast January 2010 I asked Capo Ford to rotate my tires. According to the tire inspection report completed by Capo Ford, all the tires were in excellent shape. I discovered Capo Ford failed to rotate my tires when I was in Carson City 5 months and 2173 miles later when I had to replace the four back tires because each of the tires had cracks and bubbles in the side walls. In addition the grease pencil marks I had made on the tires but were too dirty for me to see until the tires were removed showed that the tires had not been rotated. When I brought the failure to rotate the tires issue to the service writer at Capo Ford, I told him the issue was water under the bridge since I now had new tires on the econoline so to make up for the screw up, I asked that my econoline be washed after it's smog. When I picked up my econoline the following day, Capo Ford had not washed the econoline.
