A Great Experience!

This is my first vehicle from Capistrano Ford. I am also their first F-150 Lightning customer. Kelly Wilson, the Fleet Manager and Steve Smith, the General Manager made sure that I got my truck. The entire process was honest and straightforward from beginning to end. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and welcoming. My wife and I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them!

Easy and fast service

They close at 10pm mom - Friday. Came in at 7 thinking they close soon. Was in and out in 23 mins. Very clean and comfortable dealership. Will bring my other non Ford for service as they are a full service dealership.

A Great Experience!

To Busy to help a Ford Owner

Purchased a new Mach-E from a different Dealer in San Diego. They will not give me the time of day or treat me with any kind of respect or professionalism. They told me I don't have an appointment and will need to wait 2 weeks to have my car looked at and used the EXCUSE that they are to busy. DO not buy a Ford if you want good service. This Dealership proves that they get to choose who to give good service to and who to turn away. Very upset they don't care about anything sold outside that dealership. Ford Dealers should service ALL Fords. Not just the ones you made money on.

Great customer service and a great company

I have been a Ford customer for 10 years and at leased three vehicles. I recently purchased and financed the last vehicle which is a 2018 Fusion. I worked with the general manager, leasing manager, service manager and financial Manager at Tuttle Click Capistrano Ford. I was treated with extreme courtesy and care and everything was put together for my best interest. I'm very pleased and will continue to support this organization with my business.

Painless purchase?!?

I don’t like buying or leasing cars. I know it’s something I have to do at times in my life,but something I basically dread. That being said, to say that this was a pleasant experience is more than strange to me! Kelly was our sales person and he was so low key and helpful! He listened to what we were looking for and made it happen before I even knew what was going on! I am more than grateful we stopped at this dealership- as it wasn’t even in my plan. A woman's perspective.

Brian Peyton and Luis did a great job of answering our questions-they were effective without being pushy. The main reason that I leased through the Capistrano branch is that the sales and Finance staff directed their attention to me, not just my husband. I have walked away from other dealerships and salesmen who, even when we explain that this will be my lease and my car, continue to direct all of their attention toward my husband, ignoring or being condescending to me. (I may not be as knowledgeable about cars as my husband, but I do have 3 graduate degrees-I'm not an idiot.) Last year, I didn't get a car because I had a negative experience with a Capo saleman who, when he wasn't complaining about how 2 other potential sales got away because he was spending time with us, continued to focus on my husband. (We were there for about 1/2 hour, including the test drive.) This time, because of that previous experience, I initially avoided the Capo dealership and went to the Irvine site, but had another negative experience there. We were actually on our way to Vista when my husband suggested that I call Capo just to see if they had the same car in stock. Luis persuaded me to come in, not knowing my history. Needless to say, we didn't make it to Vista. Car dealerships need to wake up to the fact that women often make the major financial decisions for a household and that we are often the primary "bread winners"-we have buying power and will walk away if we're not satisfied with how we are treated. When my husband purchases a car, he only cares about the deal he can negotiate, not the sales approach. The other professional women I know actually care about how they're treated, however. If nothing else, perhaps greed will encourage sexist salesmen to change their behavior eventually. In the meantime, I will send my referrals to Brian and Luis at Tutle Click Capistrano Ford.

Great Service

I'm not sure if this request is related to my routine service on August 8th or my schedule service on August 13th. The service on the 8th was great. Came in for routine pre-paid maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc.). I was expecting it to take 90 minutes but was please that I got out of there in less than an hour. The service on the 13th was scheduled when I was there on the 8th; to have three recall items cured. I was only able to get two of them taken care of as Ford didn't have the parts available for the third item (I was told that it was a relatively new recall and they didn't have the parts available). Seeing as how I only have one vehicle, the one thing I appreciated the most was having the ability to drop my car off Wednesday evening, get a rental car, and not be inconvenienced while without my vehicle.
