Ignores possible customers

I live in Bako, I bought my car there last year.. this year want another car.. dealt with Josh, gave him all my info and he has NEVER called me back.. don't know if I qualify or didn't.. doesn't matter . he should have called and didnt... I will never return to Bob Silva Ford in Chowchilla.. VERY RUDE JOSH.. you have to call ALL customers or possible customers back... contacted the office, they didn't even call me back.
