Salesman Eduardo S was awesome… sales manager ran my credit with Cap 1 but wouldn’t complete the finance with them, they tried to set me up with a higher rate. Got my own financing, evn after finance said they would match the rate… Salesman was great, stuck with the process for a few weeks to get the deal through!

Poor Business Practices

This dealership agreed to sell us a car. They provided a photo of the price quote as well as a photo of the car with a sold sign on in (with my wife's name on the sign). They even arranged a time that same day for us to come buy the car. They called on the way to the dealership to say that they sold the car to someone else. In the days preceding this, we attempted to get the car from them through a trade with 2 other dealers. According to the other 2 dealerships, Allen Gwynn Chevrolet told these dealerships that the car was already sold and was not available for trade even though it was actually still for sale. The fact that they misled the other 2 dealerships should have been a red flag. The floor manager, Danny, was also rude and unaccommodating when he called back to tell us our options were to buy another car from them or do no deal . He also refused to allow us to speak to someone above him about the situation.

An excellent American car. I was debating whether to buy the Ford Focus or the Chevrolet Cruze and after test driving both O decided to go with the Chevrolet Cruze. The turbo kicks in nicely and calmly and isn't overpowering nor calls attention- which is important to me. I purchased the LT which has a built-in backup camera which is very nice. Its definitely a smooth ride and a good car. The interior is nice, too. The back trunk has a good amount of storage and opens up with a click on your keys and inside your car, too. Before choosing another vehicle I highly recommend you test drive this vehicle and see what I am talking about. I had a pleasant experience from the minute I stepped inside the Glendale dealership. Josh, Ara, and Danny were very helpful. I had spoken to Ara prior to arriving and was greeted by him. Danny was there to work with me and get me into a comfortable position to make affordable payments! They really worked with me and I appreciated that immensely. Josh has a kind heart and goes above and beyond to give true! customer service and that's very important- and he does it with a smile. Thank you Chevrolet Family and Allen Gwynn Chevrolet in Glendale. I will definitely be recommending not only this friendly Glendale dealership, but these three gentleman and their staff.

my experience was awesome!! Tony the manager was great..my salerep was great too!! they both gave us the time to look around ..at the end Amir was extremely helpful!! I use to owned a 2004 Tahoe which I bought at the same dealer!! and I remember the experience I had before so I went back..not only I bought 1 car I ended up getting 2 cars!! Silverado and equinox!!thanks tony and amir!!

Easy negotiating (went through Costco), no hassle or pressure. Quick turnaround, I was very impressed. Finance was surprisingly quick, they didn't try to force unwanted products and services down my throat. Chris and Leticia were a pleasure to work with. I dealt with Chris onsite (Leticia was off that day), who I felt genuinely understood and met my needs. Chris took the time to show me the car's features, set me up with Onstar, and connected my Bluetooth. Overall a very positive experience. I would highly recommend Allen Gwynn Chevrolet as well as Chris and Leticia. Both followed up with me the next day to ensure I was completely satisfied and to give me the information regarding the state rebate. And I absolutely love my new Volt. It's everything I expected and more.

Allen Gwynn Chevrolet-Thank you getting me a great deal on a great car. I having been driving it for two weeks and my overall average is over 200 miles / gallon. I get 45 to 50 miles on a charge. This a very highly sophisticated car with a completely revolutionary drive system. Your sales people were very helpful and they delivered what they promised me on a phone call . No hard sell tactics . Thank you allen Gwynn Chevrolet,. I never thought I'd own chevy but here I am driving one of the most advanced cars ever built!

I recently purchased a new 2014 Chevrolet Volt from Allen Gwynn Chevrolet in Glendale, CA. As a longtime member of USAA, I decided to use their online car buying service. The USAA service recommended three Chevrolet Dealerships in my area with the details of what to expect with regards to price, options and colors. After viewing Allen Gwynns inventory, online, I identified the car that met my requirements. Allen Gwynn Chevrolet responded with an email and assigned Paul B. to be my representative. I contacted Paul at the dealership and arranged a meeting I found Paul to be exceptionally knowledgeable about the 2014 Chevy Volt. He was able to field all my questions and allay any concerns I had about buying such a futuristic high tech automobile. The purchasing process went very smoothly. After all the final paper work was completed, my new Chevy Volt was prepared for customer delivery. I returned the following day and drove the Volt to my home in the western San Fernando Valley without using one drop of gasoline. Paul continues to provide assistance by sending me follow up emails on where to get owner information about rebates and tax credits provided by state and federal government programs. To say the least, I am extremely satisfied with the way Paul handled the purchasing transactions. I give Paul B. and Allen Gwynn Chevrolet two thumbs up for making my purchasing experience a pleasant one.

xcellent Experience, More Than Happy

I try not to give 5 Stars, but this was a truly great experience leasing a car. My wife and I went to test drive a Chevrolet Traverse LS. There was a national lease deal for this car. Josue "Josh" S. from the dealer helped us out. Because the kids were with us we test drove separately. She liked it over the Honda Pilot. She also told me afterwards that Josh was great and that this was the first time she actually wanted to give a a car salesman her business. I set up an appointment for 7 PM two days later to do the negotiation. Josh texted me the next day requesting some information on my trade in to make the process faster. I showed up on time, and I hour and 20 minutes later (must be a record) I left with my Traverse, my trade in off my hands, and with the deal I wanted. I only dealt with Josh and the finance manager, who only had me sign papers, no extras or any other stuff pushed on me. Josh dealt with everybody else for me. The experience was fantastic, if you want to by a Chevy, go to Allen Gwynn, it is worth it.
