The fun and great experience at MB Fremont started with a phone call and emails correspondence with Gary Mead, he coordinated and arranged everything. Gary is very reliable. That even though we drove about 6 hours to and from Fremont everything was smooth. Kenny Ma did a good job too, very professional and helpful in many ways.

The salesperson, sales manager and finance manager were all very helpful in finding me the best car for my situation and doing everything they could to help me. The process was smooth and efficient and only took a couple of hours in total. Great experience!

Fastest Lease-Swap Experience ever

I am currently leasing my 3rd MB. The usual MO for these interactions is that I would spend hours at the dealership finding a car with the features I wanted, haggling over the price (including having the SA verify with their manager), going through a credit check, and finally getting a "hard sell" of extended warranty, tire protection, etc. I generally leave exhausted. Working with Charlotte Riles was a complete 180 experience. She was very clear and direct by email and phone and arranged everything AHEAD of time. My physical time at the dealership was < 40 min door-to-door. Everything was smooth, efficient, and pleasant with no pressure tactics. In fact the price I paid actually ended being LESS than what was quoted which was pleasant surprise. I plan on only using FJM @ Fremont from here on out.

Thanks Andrew B. helped us to purchased a new 2022 GLE 350 4Matic. He is very knowledgeable and provide us valuable suggestion. He help us test drive, pick/select the model, showed the autonomous parking, explain/show the lot of features of the SUV. He helped us till 8pm when we drive the new SUV out of the building. A very nice, patient person.

When we arrived, Tito Talampas greeted us with such enthusiasm and open arms. He was super accommodating and nice. He was very genuine and real from the start. He asked us what we are looking for in a car and what we are most interested in. He showed us the first car and we automatically fell in love. We didn’t look at any other car. We instantly knew we wanted it. Tito was so amazing! When I tell you he’s the truth, he is! He was so patient, he didn’t rush the process and made the whole thing an experience. I would definitely come back here again and get my car. Please refer to Tito as your salesperson- he will not disappoint! We love our new car and with the experience behind it, made it even more special. 10/10! Thank you so much Tito!

Purchased GLS450. Muzamil was able to get a car that fit my requirements. All the price and delivery discussions were over the phone and email/text. Very prompt and friendly. When we showed up at the showroom, the car was already detailed and ready. He explained the features. Finance and sale process was quick and efficient. Loved it. A “Golden Rule” Automotive Purchase

My new SUV purchase experience was as good as anyone could wish for. Once my salesperson, Luis Rodriquez, searched all available inventory, he recommended that I order the Exact GLE450 4MATIC I wanted rather than accept any major compromise. We went over the order several times to insure that my order would be for the exact 2021 SUV that I wanted. He tracked the progress of my build and provided updates on it’s expected arrival at the dealership. I picked up my New SUV in the afternoon the day it arrived. Luis had made sure the Pre Delivery Inspection was completed, the vehicle perfectly cleaned and gas tank full. I feel very fortunate that Luis was the salesperson that Fletcher Jones arranged to greet me on my first visit to the Fremont dealership.

Worked with Marvin Ledesma on a 2021 GLA purchase. He promptly responded to all of my emails/requests and followed up on any outstanding items. Due to the shortage of cars that the COVID pandemic had created, we weren't able to customize our order. However, Marvin was able to find us a dealer's build that matched ~99.999% of what our custom order would had been. Since late 2014, when I moved from BMW to MB, I am coming to Fremont and could not be more happy. Purchased my second car from this team and will never think of going elsewhere. Of course I tested other MB dealerships in the area but alway came back to unbelievably great customer service starting with sales (Dody), thru Finance (AJ) ending with service (Payam). Dream team!

The team, from initial contact - Angel - to sales manager, F&I person were professional. They were apparently ready to make a deal . The usual dance for negotiating price, but nicely done. They actually delivered this unit at about $150 less per month on a MB lease than a competitor in the area. They were clear in all pricing. Delivered car to my door -
