They deserve a negative rating

If you put in your name or number in their website they will continue to bother you to buy a new vehicle for weeks! Beware of their service department!! I took my Frontier in for a catalytic converter problem ($4,400) and they ruined my engine!! Now I have a worthless truck! I spoke with the General Manager and he wanted to help by selling me a cheap car.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

If I could give a dealership negative stars, I would. Please avoid this dealership. Major FAIL........I purchased a BMW from this dealership in late Oct. Upon bringing the car home, I discovered several issues. First, it had a cracked rim for which I was told I shouldn't be driving on it by wheel specialist...Next, there was a seatbelt malfunction error that could not be corrected.... and last and worst of all, a ripped passenger seat. The leather was completely unstitched where the back of the seat meets the butt end. Since I live alone, it was not noticeable but once I had someone sit in it, later the same day I bought the car, they discovered it and brought it to my attention. The dealership claimed to inspect the car prior to selling it, but if they did, how could they miss this stuff?...makes me wonder what else they missed and what else I'll uncover in the coming months. I was even told by their current sales manager that he would have never sold the car in this condition. So, this is at least the only thing we agreed upon. Anyway, I had been dealing with the General Manager (GM) at the time, who instructed me to deal directly with him via his cell or office phone. He promised to make these things right......he fixed all the issues except for the seat. According to him, the leather was back ordered, and I was told multiple times that I would be notified when it arrived......well 6 months later, I find out that this GM is no longer there, and new management won't agree to fix the seat. Since they claim there is no documentation in their system of any of this.......even though I have a string of text message and pictures from the previous GM, they won't honor them as official documentation. What Pinnacle Nissan doesn't understand is that the previous GM is working for your dealership, your brand. Your brand suffers when promises are made by employees (past or present) and you don't follow through......and I haven't even mentioned the issues I had with the paperwork for the car. I had to resign 3 different contract versions because there were warranties and other services included , that I never agreed to...I understand that some of this does fall on me. I can't say I accept no responsibility for any of this. I need to be better at taking time to review all parts of a contract better before signature.......I also should have inspected the car more thoroughly or had a mechanic look it over prior to buying.....bottom line is I should have not put this much trust in this dealership to be honest and do the right thing. I purchase cars almost every 12-18 months. If you treat me fairly, I am more than willing to be a lifelong customer. Now, every time I get asked for car recommendations by friends or work colleagues (and this happens all the time), I have a negative story I'll share with them. All I asked, was for them to finish what was promised to me. How am I supposed to know that the GM at that time had not documented anything? He gave me his word....I guess that doesn't mean anything anymore.

Unethical dealer GO ELSEWHERE!

Very simple, negotiating is part of the car business but once a deal is struck you would think it’s over. You would think a finance manager wouldn’t change the price you agreed to. Not at Pinnacle Nissan. Garrett the Finance manager lies, changes the price of cars a week later (after taking the car home and thinking the deal is done) he calls for you to come back. Changes the price of the car because he wasn’t able to make any money of his after market products, even when you say no. Literally steals from his customers. But NO MORE, do yourself a Favor, simply GO to another Nissan. Plenty of them in Phoenix. Don’t let Garrett In Finance Steal from you. You have been WARNED!

Steer Clear of this Dealership! Bait & Switch Specialists!

Saw a car on their website and called to make sure it was still there/available BEFORE driving over 30 Miles ONE WAY to come take a look at it. Were told it was still available and they had LOTS more similar style/price point. After getting there the gentleman who we spoke with on the phone wasn't available and got someone else forced on us. Then magically the vehicle we came to look at was sold to someone else in the 45 minutes it took us to drive there?? So asked about the LOTS of similar options only to be shown ONE crappy vehicle that was not comparable whatsoever. WASTED lots of our time as took forever to get any info and then played the waiting game, only to find out the guy we talked to on the phone JACK was the used car manager and he was an arrogant person when he finally showed his face after 45 minutes that couldn't apologize to save his life and could care less that we weren't happy or what happened!! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP AND EVEN MORE SO WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OR LACK THEREOF FROM JACK!!

Disappointed

over promised, under delivered high pressure at closing to buy extremely over-priced, unnecessary repair warranties expensive, unnecessary add-ons to vehicle cost My wife's experience at Avondale Nissan two weeks later was far more satisfying. I recommend you avoid Pinnacle Nissan. Ronnie Velasquez at the dealership is a very nice, sincere young man. If you must go to Pinnacle, I would seek him out. He's the only reason that Pinnacle only gets two stars versus one.

2015 Nissan Altima

Went to 2 other dealerships that told me one price before I got there and than changed the price whenI did get there. I went to Pinnacle Nissan and they kept their word. It was a real simple process as it should be these days. Thanks to everyone that helped me.

Misdiagnosis

$140 and they misdiagnosed air bag sensor. I came back with a receipt of shop repair at $420. (Their estimate was $967 and did not guarantee that would fix problem) Refused refund. Very poor client relations. Would never go back to buy anything at PINNACLE NISSAN.

We purchased a vehicle in January, our salesman, Dave R was truly outstanding. We is knowledgeable, personable and a joy to deal with. Our experience was so good that we purchased anther vehicle in April. Dave not only got us a great deal but he came to our house to program our garage door opener. This dealership is not the closest to our home but they are the best.

Sales Experience

I purchased a used car April 29, 2014. The overall experience was time consuming and sometimes boring. The bright spot in this whole thing was our salesman Michael Me. His presentation was sincere and knowledgble and he did his very best to make us comfortable. He is to be commended for his willingness to help in any way to show the good side of a car dealer. If the buying procedure used by Pinnacle Nissan was presented in a more private and efficient manner than sitting on the showroom floor at a bare table and waiting for various departments to do their thing, the experience would be more pleasing. Don't waste your time

I am not sure where to start. I went in to buy a nissan sedan. They spent 7 hours of our time. Took our car for trade in. The financing guy was forcing us to accept the "protection plan". When we declined, and offered to take nissan 0 % financing, he will not make the changes. The next day we went to finish the paper work, "manager" called the deal off and that they could not honor the deal. Refused to give Nissan's offer inspite of our willingness to pay $1000 more. What further do you want me to say of their service? I bought that car I wanted from a delear and they lost a valuable buyer. My husband was planning to buy a SUV from them...thank God we knew of them. We will never deal with them ever again. I should have read yelp reviews before I went there. Too bad and I wasted time and energy!

false pricing

I went in today to buy a car with the internet price of 24,000. When we were doing the paperwork they added on a 1395.00 dealer reconditioning fee. I was told this was normal but now where on the car or sticker was this marked. This should be included in the price already, so what they do is price the car below market value then hit you with this extra money and hope that you pay it. Total scam and this should be illegal.

I purchased a new 2013 Nissan Versa on January 17th after my 2012 Nissan Versa was totaled on my birthday in December. Eugene K and the Pinnacle Nissan staff made my experience great. I am very happy with my experience with Pinnacle Nissan. They have been very helpful and attentive to my needs.

Kevin at Pinnacle Nissan was great. He was effecient in helping me and my mom out with picking out my car. He was great he not only was very informative but also had a great attitude and defenitley reinforced my decision on the car i wanted. I would most defenitley reccomend going to this dealership if youre looking for a new car all of the people there are very informative and have great attitudes.

They were straight forward, professional, no tricks, and no lying

Andrew Mannheimer at Pinnacle Nissan actually honored the same great deal in person that he offered by phone without any hassle. Earlier we had called 2 other dealers, then made the drive to their dealerships only to find that they weren't really going to make a deal anywhere close to their phone offers. Pinnacle Nissan was able to make the deal the other dealerships backed out of. We really appreciated the straight forward approach, and Karl Adams the Finance Manager presented our options in a straight forward manner and didn't high-pressure us into buying a bunch of add-ons. We'll be recommending Pinnacle Nissan to our friends.

An honorable Service Advisor

I want to commend my service advisor, Gabriel Flores, for his honor and willingness to help me with a steering problem on my 2005 Frontier LE. I bought the truck new from Pinnacle. Although my sales experience with the dealership was arduous and tainted my opinion of the dealership as a whole, my recent experience with Gabe has changed my opinion of the organization. I had serious doubts about the level of integrity and honor remaining in the auto industry. I'm very happy to say that Gabe and Pinnacle will have a loyal customer from this day forward. I will always remember his help and hold him in the highest esteem as an honorable man. I cannot offer a higher recommendation to anyone looking for a reputable and honorable individual. I could have regular maintenance done someplace else and save a few bucks on say oil changes but every experience that I have had with Doug has been great. Attention to detail and super communication have been the norm with him and Pinnacle Nissan. Even on bigger ticket items Doug has save me money and time, my to favorite commodities. Robert Wolf is an awesome advisor!

I brought my Pathfinder in to Robert Wolf for a constant squeaking noise. He and the technician found the problem and corrected it. I haven't had a problem with it since. I won't go anywhere else for my service. I also recommended him to my family, and now they go see him too.

Doug Barsell's Help

I am new to Arizona and took my car in for repairs due to my friends recomendation. I am leary of taking my car for repairs as I do not know alot about them and have been taken advantage of in the past. Doug took the time to answer all of my questions and explain what and why parts needed to be fixed. At no time did he make me feel like I was paying for repairs that I did not need or that I was dumb for not knowing. I would tell anybody to see him and I will have no trouble going back if my car ever needs to be fixed again.
