I bought used 2021 GLB with 10,000 miles on it. After purchasing the car, in 3 days, I saw a windshield crack developing from behind the mirror. I called and told the sale person and he said it started recently from rock hitting the windshield. I told him since the car was a Loaner vehicle, who knows if the dent was there before I bought it and the crack stared after I purchased it. The dealership does not want to pay for replacement of the windshield. I told them that I will pay half and dealer can pay half. No response from dealership. I would not recommend anyone to purchase the vehicle from this dealership. No customer service.

I purchased a GLC300 from Mercedes Benz of Scottsdale and worked with Steve Williams and it was such a pleasure! From the minute I walked in to the showroom to the moment I walked out I was taken care of. I would definitely recommend visiting this Dealership and working with the great staff they have!

I have been going to this dealership and its predecessor Phoenix Motors for almost 20 years. I have had 4 Mercedes serviced there. However I will never return after my last two experiences. The service advisor, Steve Kwasny is condescending and really could care less. All he is interested in is a positive review of his service while he deserves far less. The same goes for the service manager and other management. Go somewhere else.

Steve did a great job making the whole process of trading my car and purchasing a new one very painless. Mercedes Benz of Scottsdale had the exact car I wanted so it was great being able to drive my car home after I purchased it all in the same day.

Took our '12 E350 Sport there for pre-purchase inspection and maintenance. Good customer service, honest and take time to thoroughly inspect the vehicle. They do get very busy sometimes therefore you may wait if you don't have an appointment but well worth it!

This is the third SUV I have either owned or leased from this dealership. The GM and my sales person listened to my needs, were knowledgeable, treated me with kindness and respect and made everything go smoothly from the beginning to the end. I think of my experience as having worked with "family members!" I love my new car--the GL250-- and speak well of this dealership. I was given so much time at delivery which made learning the new car easy for me. I drove out of the dealership filled with confidence and joy.

My husband and I purchased a 2012 E350 Mercedes Benz Cabriolet a few weeks ago from Mercedes Benz of Scottsdale. We had been looking online and found the car that we thought would be perfect....although we have to admit, we were also looking at a corvette. We spoke with Jonathan Musil from the Mercedes dealership on the phone. He was very helpful and gave us a lot of great information concerning the car and the dealership deals that were going on for that month. We drove to Scottsdale (200 miles away) the next day. We looked at several cars that day, saving the Cabriolet until the last stop......because we had a feeling that this was actually the car we were going to purchase. When we He greeted us and immediately showed the car to us. He took my husband and I together on the test arrived at Mercedes Benz of Scottsdale, we were greeted at the door by a beautiful and professional looking young lady. She showed us where to meet with Jonathan. Jonathan was wonderful to work with. drive. Our test drive lasted about 30 minutes and during the drive, Jonathan told us about the car and about Mercedes Benz in general, as we had never driven or owned a Mercedes before. He also told us about his time as a Mercedes salesman and we told him about us. We felt like he was a friend by the time our test drive was completed. When it came time to get down to business concerning our trade in and financing the Cabriolet, Jonathan and the Mercedes team really made us an excellent offer on our trade. We were able to get a very good deal on the Mercedes....Jonathan gave us every possible discount. We are thrilled with our 2012 Mercedes Cabriolet, with Jonathan Musil, with Chris Bartlit (financial manager), and with Mercedes Benz of Scottsdale. We are so glad that we made the trip to Scottsdale and that we had Jonathan Musil as our internet salesman...he is great!

I was pleasantly surprised with the level of professionalism and service I encountered at the Scottsdale MB. I was travelling from a long distance to purchase a certified GLK350 that I chose from their web site. They picked me up. I was treated with courtesy. The vehicle was exactly as advertised. Everything was ready prior to my arrival. I was done with the paper work shortly after & soon was driving my new vehicle back home.

I have been searching for a used MB E350 for quite sometime now, and I was feeling tense and nervous because all my past experiences with other dealerships had been uncomfortable. I was greeted warmly, and was astonished at how nice and accommodating everyone was. This professionalism is what made me relax and comfortable. My salesman spent a lot of time with me showing me a number of E350's. There was absolutely no pressure from anyone at the dealership to purchase a car. They were more interested in making sure I found the exact car I wanted than just selling me a car. Once I decided on a car the negotiations were relaxed because, again there was no pressure. I received a fair price for my trade-in and a nice price for my new car. I have purchased many cars and this was the best experience I ever had because of the associates at Mercedes-Benz of Scottsdale. Everyone was awesome and made car buying an absolute fun process. Mercedes-Benz of Scottsdale exceeded my expectations. From Sales to Finance to Delivery - my experience was fantastic. I never expected to visit a car dealership and leave a changed person, but that's what happened when I met Johnny Saleeby at Mercedes-Benz of Scottsdale. I think Johnny put the "C-U-S-T-O-M-E," and the "R" in customer service. When my sixteen-year-old son, my ten-year-old daughter, and I walked into the Mercedes-Benz dealership, we were already excited, as it was our first visit to a luxury car dealership. Being that I am not the traditional luxury Mercedes-Benz dealership customer, I really did not expect for anyone there to give me too much attention. I could not have been more wrong. First of all, the atmosphere of the showroom was bright, elegant, and tastefully rich. It definitely made me and my kids want to stay awhile and browse. Although we were obviously out of our comfort zones, no one made us feel uncomfortable. Everyone was pleasant. We found our way to the customer service desk, and asked for Johnny. When he came out to greet us and introduce himself, I instantly relaxed. I was so happy I would be dealing with a salesman who was not going to make me feel I did not belong at a luxury car dealership. Johnny was amazing! He is a master salesman--the embodiment of courtesy and respect. He made me and my children feel like VIP customers. After our test drive, Johnny gave us a quick tour of the facilities. My kids and I left Mercedes-Benz of Scottsdale dealership with a sense of raised consciousness which one can only get from a truly genuine experience. Upon leaving the dealership yesterday, my ten-year-old daughter commented, "Mommie, I feel rich today!" Needless to say,our experience with Johnny Saleeby was priceless. Next week, I will be completing the purchase of my used but impeccable E350 from Mercedes-Benz of Fort Lauderdale, and I will be leaving the dealership with a whole new attitude about car shopping--"Step out of the box more often!"

In the past, our car buying experiences were not always positive. When you spend thousands to buy a car especially a luxury car, it should be an exciting and pleasant event. MB of Scottsdale and the salesperson, Johnny Saleeby made the buying of our ML such an easy transaction. To us, a mark of a good dealership is not just the measure of quantity of cars they sold but how the customer feels about the product, dealership and the transaction. Dealing with Johnny did NOT follow the typical stereotype car salesman syndrome – Johnny was not pushy. He made us feel he was working for us and throughout the whole process, not once did we feel that we were under pressure. He talked to us about our interests and took the time to level the conversation for our comfort. Don’t get us wrong, Johnny has his own swagger and you can tell that he has been around even with the finer things of life. BUT Johnny knows his products both from technical specifications and practical knowledge. He took us through the benefits of the different features and how they apply to everyday events. A good example is the use of the cameras in the car and how they can help in lane changing and parallel parking. Johnny used the simple language of “top view” to know what’s around you and give you confidence that you are not going to scratch your new vehicle. Granted that my wife and I did a lot of research before going to the dealership, during the price negotiation, the whole process was simplified. Between us, Johnny and Nick, the sales manager, it was the quickest part of the transaction. I am a value oriented individual and I did not feel that I overpaid for my wife’s beautiful ML. Other aspects of the buying were also handled efficiently such as the vehicle turnover including feature overviews by Chase and introduction to service personnel for a facial recognition with names. To top it off, Johnny made a follow up day after phone call to make sure that the car met our expectations and answer any feature questions. He made himself available for questions and make you feel that this is not just a quick transaction for him. We are consumers of reviews but not authors of reviews. This buying transaction with MB of Scottsdale and Johnny is worth taking the time and we hope that your next buying experience is as pleasant as ours.

It was great to actually find the Mercedes that I wanted and did not have to deal with any hassles. Went there test drove the vehicle was financed and drove away with the vehicle that I wanted. This dealership puts the customer first and delivers the car you want without any pushy salesmen. If you want a great car, and don't want to be forced into something you don't want or need, this is the dealership to use. Ask for John Musil, he will work with you to get you the right car and the right financing. You can't bet a Mercedes for comfort, ride, and quality. I purchased my new CLS400 at Mercedes Benz of Scottsdale. My sales rep Bruce Waller was a pleasure to work with! He was courteous, timely, and went above and beyond to make the process quick, easy, and painless. I have a very busy schedule that is not always easy to work around. Everyone was extremely flexible and went out of their way to make the process seamless by having the new car ready while having the inspection of my last Mercedes done while processing the paperwork on the new car. Bruce also followed up about the car and my experience weeks after the purchase to make sure I was happy and enjoying the car. I look forward to working with Mercedes of Scottsdale again when I purchase my next Mercedes!
