Went in for an airbag equipment recall and an oil change. Everyone was super pleasant and helpful. Our Service Advisor, Dave Hartman, was exceptional. He answered all our questions, even giving us extra information that was very helpful. We recommend Prescott Honda and will return.

Prescott Honda was very helpful as I was trying to decide on which car to purchase. I worked with sales person JB Buitrago, driving many cars, he was very patient with me, as it took several days to make a final decision. Honda came highly recommended by several people in the auto industry. I purchased a 2017 CR-V, and so far am very happy with the car.

Dave called our home Honda to get our warranty info and the repair was completely covered by our warranty.
