Tim N. (superb!) and manager Scott in the service dept have always been honest & forthcoming with info and ideas to both extend the life of a minivan (190,000 mi) and address minor issues. They are comfortable discussing needed repairs and their impact/benefits in a no-pressure manner, even recalling or keeping details on file for future reference. Service is done expeditiously and effectively with good communication throughout. The service department support and interactions lead me to look at new cars at this relatively new dealership. I look forward to future interactions with this service dept. as I expect they will make any warranty work (with a MaxCare Lifetime warranty on a new minivan) pain-free, efficient, and effective. Unasked, Tim even went out of his way to track down a new vehicle accessory when I was in a time crunch. I would highly recommend this service department for new or old vehicles.
