Worst experience of my life

Worst experience of my life! I bought a car here 30 days ago. 31 days later, I pull it over to the side of the road because the engine was smoking. Both the thermometer and the water gauge are old, and neither were properly replaced. The radio they installed was wired improperly, so I can't get a signal when I go under a tree or leave the city. I took it to a AAA mechanic. They had promised when I bought the car that when I get it repaired, they would provide me with a rental. The manager refused to do so, since it's a "courtesy not a right." They underpay their mechanics 45/hr, which is less than the 75-85/hr industry standard. The work on these cars is cheap and poorly done. You're better off buying a car from a yard and fixing it up yourself.

I’ve been dealing with free Bridge for a couple years now & is currently making payments on my second vehicle from them. Free bridge attempted to repo my vehicle without checking the vin number or license plate on the vehicle. Not only that but continued to argue about them not having to check a vin number during the repo. Spoke with a manager and she seems very careless about the situation. I will be reporting this.

we had a new edition in our family which caused my other half to take off from work. being that we were renting a home and a new car payment , it was to much for me to handle on my own. we made a decision to do a voluntary repo which caused some issues credit wise . so a year has passed and we are now on track to try it again but I have this on my credit report and now its also low . so doing some research I ran into this company ( Free Bridge Auto Sales - Used Car Dealership - Charlottesville VA ) and spoke with ''Ben''. I was truthful about my prior experience and how long I've been on my job , he says just come in and we can talk. long story short with a down payment that same day I left with what I had my eyes on, a deal that will work for me and my situation . its' an awesome environment and they are very ,very helpful!!. I worked with ben but from what I seen there they ALL will try there hardest to do the same , even if I didn't get something to leave in I still felt like they understood my dilemma . I'm definitely impressed!

Best place to buy a used car

I just purchased a car with free bridge auto and I'm in love with it. The sales staff is amazing and did a great job walking me through and explaining the whole process. I used my tax return anticipation as my down payment and they got me riding the same day. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends. Thank you guys so much for all your help.
