onI have been having issues with moisture in both of the headlights on my 06 Lexus rx400h. I brought my vehicle to the Pohanka Lexus service department on Sunday Sept 21 at 7:30pm. I was greeted by Lorenzo G. I explained the situation with my vehicle and he quickly got the shop foreman to come out and inspect my vehicle. It was decided that both of my headlights needed to be replaced. Lorenzo took me inside to finish writing up my paperwork. He offered a loaner vehicle, but I asked if I could wait for the repairs to be completed. He said that would not be an issue so I waited in their waiting room. The vehicle was returned to me in about an hour washed, vacuumed and with two brand new headlights. Total cost to me $0.00. Lexus was picking up the tab as there is an extended warranty program for moisture in the rx headlights. It is amazing to me that lexus would cover my headlights when my rx has over 245,000 miles on it. Even more impressive is the Pohanka lexus service department and Lorenzo G. I was in and out without an appointment in about an hour. I would recommend this service department to anyone in the northern Va area.
