I like my LEXUS dealer

onDefinitely not cheap, but I also don't have to go back again for the same thing.
Whatever "it" is, is nearly always fixed the first time (not always, but most of the time)
"Best dealer feature" is the guy that helps you with the gadgets.
You might not know they have a guy there that seems his sole purpose is to answer/fix any "feature issues" one might be experiencing - this guy customizes how "things" work without you having to go in the shop - that guy blew thru every issue we had when we first got the vehicle - GPS voice "too chatty" he shut "her" up - garage remote not working, fixed in seconds, and several other issues, etc.
