I'm hoping I have enough space to write my review. My wife and I recently purchased her 2018 440i xi from BMW of Newport. I usually do all the hunting and dealing then my wife checks out my finding and together we do or don't buy the vehicle. I've purchased numerous vehicles over the years including BMW's so I have other dealers to compare to Newport. It started with Mary Anne over the phone who was very polite, knowledgeable and agreeable to my concerns. Newport had the vehicle we were interested in. We wanted to just go by and have a look without any pressure to buy. She said she would set us up with Justin Moniz and inform him of our wanting of NO pressure to buy. Justin was waiting for us on Sunday and couldn't have been nicer. There was NO pressure to buy and he was the perfect person to answer all our questions. We took the BMW we were interested in for a test drive and made an appointment for me to come back in the next few days. When we left we were very pleased on how we were treated and how there was NO pressure from Justin. I did go back a few days later and after a bit of back and forth with numbers we did purchase (lease) the 440i. I spent a little time with Dimitri the finance person who was also an asset to the dealership. Usually there is some talk to purchase added "stuff" but I told him up front I wasn't interested in any added accessories, he said he understood. We finished all the necessary paper work and I was on my way home with the date for delivery. When we returned we were introduced to Nick, the BMW specialist, who gave us his undivided attention. He showed us everything we needed to know about the vehicle and said if we had any other questions we could either call or drop by and he would gladly help with our concerns. WE cannot give enough praise to this dealership and should anyone want information on where our vehicle was purchased we would gladly tell them of our OUTSTANDING dealings with BMW of Newport. I recently purchased a BMW x3. My purchase involved the trade in of a BMW 320ix and a Chevy Silverado. Simon and his colleagues made the process seamless helping me select a pre-owned X3 in perfect condition. Simon did a great job explaining the various features and relative values for the vehicles available at the time of my visit. Nicholas B gave me a thorough explanation of how to operate all of the controls. Dimitri handled all the paperwork quickly and efficiently. I went in looking for a 3rd row SUV within a certain budget. Not only did they have one in the lot that was ready that day, they didn't try to sell me something I didn't want or couldn't afford. Andrew and Robert kept my payments exactly where I needed them to be. They even followed up with me and addressed an issue I had after I took vehicle home. They had a loaner car available and fixed it right away with no charge to me. I would highly recommend the team they have as they make car shopping less painful.

BMW Newport offers a professional, efficient, easy and even fun car-buying experience. Our sales rep, Andrew Cox, was very helpful and easy-going; everything was pretty matter-of-fact and there was no undue pressure to close the deal. He listened attentively to what we were looking for, communicated well throughout the process, and, in the end, got us a very good deal on the car we wanted. We were also impressed by Mary-Anne, who helped us with the paperwork, and Nick, the BMW Genius who walked us through the car. All very professional and courteous and helpful. This was by far the best experience we have ever had buying a car.

BMW of Newport is a straight forward dealer interested in establishing a long term relationship with their customers. This differs from other dealers who are only interested in making a sale. Sure they want you business but philosophy is long term vision so that you are completely satisfied and become a repeat customer. There are very few dealerships in this elite category.

I recently purchased a BMW 430Xi gran coupe from BMW of New Port in Rhode Island and i enjoy the purchase experience. The sales team are very honest on price and will accommodate with different parties to make a deal happen. Mr. Simon Costakos is a passionate and professional sales person, he answered numerous tedious questions during his personal time and prepared extra paperwork to assist me registering the car in a different state. This dealership demonstrated the high standard and high performance spirit that BMW carries and I recommend them to anyone on east coast that interested in purchase a BMW.

Second time around buying a vehicle from Mr. Simon Costakos, in under a year! Great attitude and great hospitality from him and the environment of the dealership. Processes are very easy and paperwork as well, fast answers and always promptly responsive within a small window of time. We recently purchased a certified pre-owned BMW from BMW of Newport. We had a small amount of knowledge about the vehicle from some research we had done on the internet, but we had neither driven nor been in a BMW prior to our visit to the dealership. Andrew Cox, our Client Advisor, made it an enjoyable car buying experience. His knowledge of the vehicle was evident during the test drive as he explained and had us try many features of the vehicle. Test drive consisted solely of back roads. Dealership was anxious to sell but reluctant to offer test drive on highway. Asking price was high for a 2013 leftover. Bought elsewhere.
