What I liked about the experience is Service Manager Bob's call to me explaining in detail the problems with my vehicle and to advise that Center City Toyota wanted the vehicle to be safe and for me to be a satisfied customer. The shuttle drivers are punctual, courteous and professional and the cashiers are pleasant, fast and professional as well.
