Central City Toyota maintenance visit

Service was excellent. I took my car in for maintenance work, and even though it was clearly a busy day with cars already filling the garage early in the AM, an associate came to check me in within minutes. I especially want to thank David Ragland for his excellent service and care. He was forthright in telling me what my car needed, and even though I cannot afford all of the repairs that would be optimal, he gave great advice and guidance on choosing what options would be best for my situation. I felt like he was advising me as if he were in my shoes, or if I was his own family member. We have had excellent interactions with David in the past, and he is one of the main reasons we keep coming back to Central City Toyota. He really exemplifies the great staff that is there.

replacement of airbag inflators

I picked up the phone two weeks ago and quickly got an appointment to replace my car's airbag inflators. I got both an e-mail and telephone reminder one day in advance. When I arrived yesterday, the car immediately went to the repair shop and the work was completed within two hours. Everyone involved was helpful and professional. I couldn't be happier. I bought this car (a 2007 Corolla) from you a year ago.
