Received an email that I was "in luck" because they had a car available on the lot that met all my requirements. Made an appointment with the guy for the next day at 10 am and he confirmed with "see you then." The next morning I showed up and the car salesman was a no-show. Suspiciously, neither was the vehicle. We were led around the lot by another person and in the end, arranged to have a vehicle shipped in from a different location so we could test drive the one we would actually want. When I called the original guy on his standing us up and not having the vehicle he said had, his answer was that he knew one of his colleagues would be able to help us. Not very classy. Lucky for them, he still wanted the vehicle and felt the price was reasonable.
