Worst Decision of my life

Rude, unprofessional and absolutely one of the worst experiences I have EVER had at a dealership. I was treated with such disrespect by everyone and made to feel like it's all my fault and they did absolutely nothing to make me feel better or at ease. I regret buying my car from here and I will NEVER buy from here again. I've also warned others about my horrible experience.

Alexa, my Hero on this day!

Alex Spicer is my HERO! My Chev Equinox would not start. Battery was dead. It would only run after a "jump-start" but turn off the engine at a grocery store, Doctors office, or restaurant, I would have to get a "jump-start" to get home. This was day 2 of this. So, I called the Service Dept and explained my situation and requested an immediate Battery Swap. I was told to bring it in right now and they would take care of it. Upon arriving Alexa said she did get the phone call but was told I would be there at 3pm. I was there at 11:30 am. Alexa told me not to worry that she understood and would get this done. She was AMAZING! She and the service team took care of my battery and did an oil change, all in under 1 hour! Yes, AMAZING SERVICE! I am so grateful! Thank you! Thanks for understanding my emergency and responding with such care! Alexa... my HERO that day! Thank you!

Our experience was actually one of the best. Joey was very helpful helping when locating a vehicle for us. He provide us with options on different cars which helped my husband and I make our decision. We were able to test drive the vehicle we were interested in and purchased that vehicle. The process was fast and very easy. Joey made our purchase pain free. We are very happy with the vehicle we purchased.

Austin believed and reassured me that I’ll be okay with my dream car. He was an excellent salesman and did not peer pressure me into anything I didn’t want. Chris Paul was amazing too. He made sure that my vehicle will be in good hands going forward in my future. I HIGHLY recommend them if you don’t like being pressured into anything. They are an excellent team!!!

As soon as I pulled into the dealership lot I was greeted with a wave and a smile, Mr. Noverria Faulkner greeted me and found a new vehicle for me right away, the facility is super clean and the employees are fantastic, glad I bought my new vehicle there. Everyone was super nice and friendly.

I want to say first Mr. Shoemaker was an excellent sakesman he showed us exactly what we was there for never beat around the bush about anything and got right to work. Since we have bought many cars before and knew the process he streamlined everything and was out of there with our new truck within 2 hours. We always go to Jeff schmitt because it's always a great experience. Thanks Mr. Shoemaker.
