Alexa, my Hero on this day!

onAlex Spicer is my HERO! My Chev Equinox would not start. Battery was dead. It would only run after a "jump-start" but turn off the engine at a grocery store, Doctors office, or restaurant, I would have to get a "jump-start" to get home. This was day 2 of this. So, I called the Service Dept and explained my situation and requested an immediate Battery Swap. I was told to bring it in right now and they would take care of it. Upon arriving Alexa said she did get the phone call but was told I would be there at 3pm. I was there at 11:30 am. Alexa told me not to worry that she understood and would get this done. She was AMAZING! She and the service team took care of my battery and did an oil change, all in under 1 hour! Yes, AMAZING SERVICE! I am so grateful! Thank you! Thanks for understanding my emergency and responding with such care! Alexa... my HERO that day! Thank you!
