As someone who has spent the last two months going from dealership to dealership to test drive vehicles, I have interacted with some really great dealerships and sales associates and some not so great ones. My experience at City Chevrolet and with Julio was more than I could have asked for. Julio was easy to talk to, listened to what was important to me, and came up with great ideas to get me everything I was looking for in a vehicle. Not once did I feel pressured to make a decision and he was more than willing to work with me and lay out all my options. Julio was also very knowledgeable and showed me features that other sales associates missed. My experience and interactions with everyone at City Chevrolet made my decision to purchase a new car from them easy. I can’t recommend City Chevrolet and Julio enough.

Collision Center Service

This was not a pleasant experience. This service should have taken two weeks vice the one month experience. I had to conduct all of the follow-ups and mediate between the dealership and the insurance company. The entire collision team with the exception of the two young ladies that answer the phone in the collision center was unsatisfactory. I give those two young ladies 5 stars, that was the only way I could contact my advisor. No emails, or phone calls returned.

Alexis was a darling to work with. She has all the information so that you can make a sound decision on your vehicle of choice. That said, she presents the facts in a very kind, non-pushy manner. I think car salespersons get a bad reputation because they have such arrogance and superiority in the manner they convey their hard earned knowledge (I respect their knowledge.) However, I feel like you go to a salesperson because of their expertise. I wouldn't try to fix my electricity; I'd call an electrician! So those salespeople need to get over themselves. And as a woman of a certain age, I have been treated as not there at times in a car dealership. All the information was directed to my husband, for a car in which I would be the primary driver. Alexis asked who would be the primary driver, and as it was me, she went over all the car's details with me seated in the driver seat. Bravo Alexis!! A huge plus, she ran out into the pouring rain to recover our NC Quickpass transponder we forgot to take from our trade-in. Thank you Alexis!

New Bolt EUV purchase

I recently purchased a new 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV from Hendricks City Chevrolet in Charlotte. My salesperson was Alexis Daniels. I stopped by the dealership one day to see if I could order a new Bolt and was lucky enough to have Alexis help me. She really was so helpful and knowledgeable about the car and did not add a whole bunch of “extras” to increase the price. She also went over all the details and functions of this new car and answered all my questions and I had a lot of them since I''ve never driven an electric before. She made what I feared would be a stressful process just a pleasure. I can’t say enough good things about her but if you need a car and want a fair honest price and excellent service Alexis Daniels is the person to help you. I hope to do future purchases with her and I can highly recommend her.

Just got my brand new car from City Chevy and I am in love with it. Alexis Daniels was my sales person and I truly can not speak highly enough about her. She made the entire process so smooth and seem less and we are in different states! None of the local Chevy dealers were able to help me get the vehicle I really wanted and Alexis went out of her way to do so AND drove to from Charlotte to Charleston because I was unable to travel with a newborn. If that doesn’t just scream customer service I really don’t know what does. Do not hesitate to visit this dealer and give Alexis a call.
