onThis was not a pleasant experience. This service should have taken two weeks vice the one month experience. I had to conduct all of the follow-ups and mediate between the dealership and the insurance company. The entire collision team with the exception of the two young ladies that answer the phone in the collision center was unsatisfactory. I give those two young ladies 5 stars, that was the only way I could contact my advisor. No emails, or phone calls returned.
