the most unusually experience we've ever had at a car dealership! we HATE car shopping.we're both in our 60's so we've done it a lot of times. we were shocked; everyone said "hi" when we walked in (never happened before) a salesman came over immediately (never happened before & they were packed too). we were introduced to the mgr. who was an integral part of the process. we drove a car, got a written estimate and then the mgr came over, acknowledged all our choices, including a KIA in our town (we traveled 45 mins as our local KIA was closed on Sunday (really?) & asked what he could do to get the business that day. It was a great conversation & we got an offer we couldn't refuse. It was a great environment; we've never had an experience like this. we've already recommended this dealership to everyone we talk to about our new KIA
