Your staff is outstanding! I dealt with James, nick and Steve. Between the 3 of them they couldn't do enough for me. This is my second car from Healey in Vails Gate and when I need to upgrade again it will be with you. Thanks for a wonderful experience. I love my new car!

amazing car buying experience

the most unusually experience we've ever had at a car dealership! we HATE car shopping.we're both in our 60's so we've done it a lot of times. we were shocked; everyone said "hi" when we walked in (never happened before) a salesman came over immediately (never happened before & they were packed too). we were introduced to the mgr. who was an integral part of the process. we drove a car, got a written estimate and then the mgr came over, acknowledged all our choices, including a KIA in our town (we traveled 45 mins as our local KIA was closed on Sunday (really?) & asked what he could do to get the business that day. It was a great conversation & we got an offer we couldn't refuse. It was a great environment; we've never had an experience like this. we've already recommended this dealership to everyone we talk to about our new KIA

Someone had contacted me after I went on your website. She and I spoke at length about what I was looking for in a car. Then we decided on which cars I would test drive. When I arrived for my appointment a salesperson was ready for me as well as the cars I was to drive. The salesperson let me drive a good amount of time. I did not feel rushed or pressured. Eventually I did lease a Kia and our salesperson explained everything I needed to know about leasing and made it easy. The F&I manager was also very knowledgeable and explained all my options.

Fantastic personalized service. Prompt attention to every single question and concern. Extraordinary service when the vehicle was brought in for follow-up service. I have never been to any car dealership where the staff was so thoroughly attentive and patient.
