Noyes Volkswagen

I will never again buy a car from Noyes Volkswagen. If my son did not want the car that they had I would have walked out of dealership first day I looked at car. First time ever of buying a used car even from dealer they would not work with me on price. I asked if car came with 6 month subscription of Sirius satellite radio as stated on window sticker and was told if it is on the window sticker than yes. When I picked up car not only was Sirius not connected when I activated it it was only for a 3 month subscription.When I went to dealer they would not honor what was clearly printed on window sticker. Also when picking up car they told me car would not pass inspection due to them doing warranty work on vehicle and they had to reset computer, this normally would not be a big deal but as I stated to them numerous times this was a gift for my son that was currently in Florida and I should not have to put over a hundred miles on a gift for my son and put miles against a small warranty. Then when picking up car even though paper work was not finalized until day of pick up ( though I paid for it in full five days before picking up) twenty day plate was five days old!!! I also know this last complaint is small but when you buy a car from a dealer the clock in car should be set to correct time, it was not it was over an hour off. This was the worst experience I have ever had buying a car!!! They seemed like they could care less about my satisfaction. I will say I have had no problems with their parts and service departments.
