Terrible Dealership/Service

onTook delivery of an 09 Subaru Impreza hatchback with a dented rim and later to find out a rear defroster that half works and warped rotors. Their response to a dented rim was "we do a 150 point check on all cars that we sell", I'm pretty sure trued rims should be on there but since they never produced a checklist from my car I'm guessing it was never done. They would swap the rim from another car on the lot is what I was told by the Service Manager or have it fixed. Horrible Service would never go back to the dealer ever again.
