I recently purchased a new Subaru Impreza from Tri at Patrick Subaru. He was fantastic. He spent a good hour with me after I had already purchased the car just sitting in the car with me and showing me how everything worked. He even programmed my Bluetooth and set up my 6 speed dial numbers for me. Not to mention that I got a fantastic deal on my monthly car payments--a huge amount less than what another Subaru dealership quoted me. I would highly recommend Tri and Patrick Subaru as a whole.

I had an appointment for oil change, purchase four new tires and have the inside detailed. Oil change and tires were fine, the detailing was excellent, my car looks brand new at least on the inside, did not expect it to look brand new. As for regular service, everyone has always been so pleasant to talk with, I am not uncomfortable talking with anyone at the service department, they do not make me feel intimidated, I don't feel as though I am an inconvenience to them, some repair shops - have made me feel that way before, I don't go there anymore - that was before I bought my Subaru. I only go to Patrick now. It has always been a pleasant experience having my car serviced at Patrick. I just hope Subaru doesn't stop making the Legacy. I've driven the Forester and Impreza - Legacy has them beat. I really do LOVE my Subaru!
