My experience at Lexington Park Ford Lincoln was great. Everyone from their team that I encointered was polite and willing to help. Ricky was especially awesome so shout out to him. All of my questions were answered an a timely manner. I never felt like I was pressured or getting the runaround. I got the car I wanted pretty close to the price I was willing to pay. Overall i am very happy with the experience and would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

My Ford Maverick

From start to finish my experience was absolutely amazing. I ordered my Maverick last year and JP kept me constantly updated during the build process, delivery, and even came in on his day off to finalize everything. Even after I get texts from him making sure everything is good and updating me on my bed liner and tint appointment. Which brings me to the rest of the team at Lexington Park Ford. Mason their customer relations rep for getting me set up to the fullest, Liam the finance Director for going above and beyond, and Mike the Sales manager for keeping in contact with me and ensuring everything went smoothly. Thank you guys!

Never bought a car online or without inspection, so this was a stretch for me. These guys had a low mileage Jaguar that I watched for a week or so before contacting them with a couple of questions. Their response was immediate and the answers were thorough. I was contacted by a Customer Care person, Roz Person, and we chatted before I made an offer of what I thought the vehicle was worth to me. A brief discussion occurred but there was no pressure, and my offer was accepted pretty quickly. Roz and other staff were in communication through the process and I got the car delivered (to upstate NY) the next day. Roz delivered it along with another staff member, and she took me through the paperwork and the features of the car. Later that evening we found a small crack in the windshield (NOT cheap for this car), but Roz was on it and it has been repaired. This was really a great experience and while I’m not totally surprised, I am pleasantly impressed. I wasn’t sure what to expect.

Met with Quinton Taylor at Lexington Park Ford and they just happened to have the specific used F-150 I was looking for, it had just cam in on a trade. Everyone in the sales department and the financing office was great. Negotiations went smoothly and we quickly reached an agreement. The Finance Department got us through the paperwork without any issues and we were out the door. Two days later the A/C stopped working, in July. Quinton hooked me up with Dean Bonds and Bill Elliot in the Service Department and they worked diligently for almost a month to diagnose the problem and get it fixed. They made sure everything was right and I truly appreciate everything they did for me. Every time I was in there everyone I met was pleasant and cheerful. I have truly enjoyed my experience purchasing a vehicle from Lexington Park. Next time I need a car Quinton Taylor is going to be the first person I call.

We were quickly in and out of Lexington park ford and left as the owners of a new Ford explorer. Brady was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, answered all questions that we had about the explorer and let us take it for a test drive. Shane was great to work with as well, and Renee reassured us that if we ever had any questions at all, we should call her cell. This made buying a car seem simple. I couldn't be happier with the service we encountered, as well as the car itself.

We purchased an F-150 w/ Eco Boost. Love the truck!!! Jimmy was our salesman and was an absolute breath of fresh air and we certainly appreciated him! He was very down to earth and unlike most of our experiences w/ dealerships, not pushy but persistent enough to show us that it was the right time for us to make the purchase. Renee was great!!! The service dept at Lexington Park Ford is excellent. I was kept informed through the entire process and everyone was very courteous. I was not given recommendations on services I didn't need and I felt I could trust what was being explained to me.
