onWas very impressed with our salesman Bryan Marsh. Bought a new Chrysler Pacifica from him, would highly recommend and purchase again. First time we met he was not pushy and that was why we asked for him when we made up our mind to test drive and buy. This was my second purchase from this dealership both brand new. 2017 Jeep

onWe stopped to look at and possibly buy a 2014 Jeep at Zimmer, we had spoken to Ray in a previous occasion about that particular Jeep, we ended up buying a much nicer 2017 with way less mileage. Ray worked with us and our budget and did what I thought was impossible, brought back a number that I could not say no to and we now have the Jeep of my dreams. I would have settled for the less expensive and way less desired Jeep , but , I am so glad that we looked one more time and talked to Ray one more time as I could not be happier with our purchase! Thanks to Ray and the wonderful team at Zimmer ! It was an enjoyable experience and way easier than I ever imagined.

The Best Experience

onI had a price in mind to what i wanted to pay. I had accepted the fact that I wouldn't be buying a new Dodge Ram because everyone I talked to could come no where near my price. I started the conversation with Doug Kurzynski and Finished with Gabe Wassem. The both were the best sales force I've had the pleasure to work with. This is my 5th Chryster product in 20 years and they were by far the best to work with. Everyone was great to work with even the Finance guy Tony. Long story short, they both delivered. I couldn't be happier. I got the truck I wanted for the price I wanted. I will recommend Zimmer to anyone that is in the market for a vehicle. New or Used. Thanks guys, I'm greatful to ya..

Impressive Ram 1500

onThe Ram truck I bought pretty much sold itself. Only time will tell, but as new, this is a more than impressive vehicle. The sales staff I dealt with, in particular, Bryan and Daniel, were friendly and helpful. I feel as though I received a fair deal, both on purchase price and trade-in.

2018 Ram Purchase

onI originally came into Zimmer for some recall work and during my visit I decided to see about trading my vehicle in on a new truck. The salesman I worked with was Mike Garrison and I have to say he his a miracle worker. I explained my situation, told him what I was looking for, and he has a truck already picked out to test drive based on what I told him. After taking a test drive I was in love with truck and we proceeded with process. After negotiations we finally came to a deal. I didnt expect to leave with a brand new truck but I did! Mike is a great salesman and took care of me. If you decide to check out Zimmer, ask for Mike Garrison.

2018 Dodge Durango

onWhen we went looking for a new car/SUV we were actually able to look on our own and not feel pressured. We test drove a couple of Durangos before we decided to purchase. onWhen the dealership did not have the truck we were looking for, Bryan Marsh did an excellent job finding us a truck that was exactly what we wanted and needed. He told us he would beat any other dealerships price and he did. We received a fair trade-in value for our old truck. The paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently. Amazing Experience

onEveryone at Zimmer was so extremely nice. I live about an hour and a half away from Zimmer, so I was nervous about making that trip to see a car I may end up not liking. Charlie Bisang was a great salesman and made me feel confident to make the drive. He texted me pictures of the car, explained the pricing to me over the phone, and kept in contact with me until I made it to the showroom. He was not overly pushy like most salespeople are around where I live, and he and the manager really and honestly worked to get to a price that I was comfortable with. (He has also sent me post-purchase texts and emails checking on how I liked the car and if I had any questions, which is awesome.) They worked like lightening to get the car ready so I could take it home that day and not make the drive again, and really went above and beyond to meet my time constraint. Jim Marsh taught me about the various extended warranties, and didn't push me into buying one that wasn't right for me. He asked me questions and made recommendations based on what would fit me best. Everyone that I met was so nice and seemed very honest and upfront. I have already recommended Zimmer to my family and friends, and I know that I will be coming back to them for future car purchases. The drive was well worth it.

onI was looking for a new model and my salesman called the day it reached the lot. There was some confusion over pricing caused by another dealer and once straightened out, negotiations were straight forward and fair. i recommend this dealer.

Bait and Switch

onI filled out an online appraisal for valuing my trade in. It was a very low offer so when Calvin from sales called I told him I wasn't interested because of what I was offered. He explained it was just a generic appraisal that was very conservative. I told him what I had to have for my trade and he said that wouldn't be a problem because my car was rare and hard to come by. I explained to him that I didn't want to waste my time because it was an hour drive there and an hour drive back. He said he was sure they could get to my number that I needed. We spoke a few more times through (saved) emails and then I headed out to meet with him. I picked out a truck that was priced at 45,000 and told him again what I needed out of my car. He went to speak to a manager and when he came back they offered me $5000 less for my car and raised the price of the truck by $6000 from the listed price. He initially acted as though the price increase of the truck was an oversight and easily fixed but after speaking with his manager and coming back with the correct price there was a decrease in the trade in value of my car by another $4000 to "off set the price difference". Talk about bait and switch. I had a problem with them doing something crooked like this about a year ago but they made it right so I thought I'd give them another chance. They knew they wouldn't give me the price that I needed but they thought if they lied and got me there for a few hours I would just give in to them. The sales manager was very condescending and rude when we told him we were done. He said when they offer a price like that over the phone it's just to get you in the door. If they tried to steal from me twice but was caught both times don't for a second think they aren't trying the same tricks with everyone else.

Dishonest about pricing

onOnly because there is no zero star option. We were given an out the door price prior to making a 40 minute drive each way to the dealer to buy the car. Once we got there, it turns out, it was not an out the door price, even though that's what we specifically asked for and it was actually over $2,000 more than they told us. So they lied to us for an out the door price, wasted our time, and we ended up driving an hour and a half to get there and back on their word, which wasn't true. It was a terrible experience!

The free safety inspection list that was submitted to us helped with the negotiating. We were so pleased with the experience that I brought my next door neighbor in and he purchased a vehicle the next week. Great Experience

onBuying cars can be super annoying and more than a hassle. Fortunately, I didn't have those experiences. I mentioned that I wanted to get in and out of the dealership and not spend all day haggling over prices. Overall, I was there about four hours, which, based on my experience, is pretty good. That included the time it took to checkout my trade-in and detail the new car. I think Mike Smith and Tony Fritsch were fair, honest, and upfront on everything and they didn't attempt to get me to buy things I didn't want or need. I would highly recommend them and plan on returning when it's time to purchase a new car.

onDo not use this dealership!! I could write a book on the incorrect, shady, unprofessional dealings of this dealership but I will only give where my experience stands as of now. We were told multiple times by our sales rep, manager and finance person that they did not need the title on our trade-in because they could order one from the DMV. They even laughed and said to throw it away when we find it. So we did, and waited for them to take care of the new plates on our new vehicle. We get a call out if the blue saying that we needed to complete new paperwork.. What? They also said that they needed the title from our trade-in...What? We explained that we thru it away as instructed and all the paperwork was already completed. They did not inform us that the financial e person was either fired or quit and our paperwork had expired but we figured out. They acted as if we were at falt. To Do not use this dealership!!
