Know what your car is worth on trade-in before you try this dealership. They gave me an insulting figure for my trade-in. When I called them on it, they raised the amount about $2,000 in five minutes, but we still didn't make the deal. I based my value on trade-in value from Edmunds and Kellys' Blue Book and they were still $2,000 below that. They are already making $1,500 to $2,000 on the new car and then they want to make $5,000 on the trade-in.
