onHave brought my 2009 CRV to Honda Windward since purchase. Each time I receive a warm welcome and thorough explanation of the service being performed. Car has always been ready when promised. Recently had a problem and brought it in late on a Saturday. They needed to keep it over the long weekend (Monday was a holiday) but were able to get me a loaner car until mine was ready on Tuesday. Kevin was great, even when I informed him that someone banged into the rear end of the loaner. I bought my 2007 Civic from another Honda dealer but since buying my CRV, now bring my Civic for servicing to Honda Windward also. Couldn't ask for more from a dealer's servicing department.
