Horrible Service that turned Out Good

onI went to the dealership for unscheduled oil change. I sat in the line for 10 minutes, I get out the car just for someone to notice that I was waiting. I went to rude Jim's desk the first person that I actually spoke to or saw and he quickly told me to go to Reginald's desk. He then tells me that he is busy and that he will get to me soon. As directed I go back to sit in my car. Finally the cars move up and now I get out again after waiting 20 minutes to Reginald telling me that I have to wait more because he doesn't want to get a bad review from an appointment customer and he had to make more phone calls. I waited at his desk for him to make 2 calls before I reminded him that I was a customer as well. Thank God for Melanie or this would've been my last time ever.
