Service to Honda Accord. 2013

On Monday, December 7, 2021 I had my ABS module replaced and fully operational. Subsequently, I could not charge my phone at any of the ports. The service person could not resolve the issue and recommend that I speak with the phone company. I am convinced that the problem happened when the repair was done. I had my car regularly serviced at the same location for eight years. I expect to have a better response to this matter. Waiting to hear from the service personnel.

Excellent Service

I took my 1996 Honda Accord in for repair. It needed to be left while parts were ordered. I was given a rental car to use in the meantime. I would like to thank Adam Jones and Marty for keeping me updated. I would like to give Adam a special thank you for going above and beyond anything that I could have imagined. I will definitely bring my car to Nalley Honda again.

Problem Solved

I expressed concerns about being given the wrong tires, but once I made the dealership aware, the problem was fixed in a timely manner. Mr. Zahir made sure that the problem was fixed, and for that, I am thankful. I will be back!

Wrong Sized Tires

I went to this dealership because it is close by me. I even decided I would start receiving my services here, but after what has happened, I’m not so sure I’ll be back. I stopped by this dealership because I needed two new tires. I specifically asked the serviceman if they had the exact same tires that were already on my car in stock. He replied that they did. Thinking perfect, I dropped my tires off to be mounted and came back to get them later on that day. It wasn’t until recently that I noticed, that he did not mount my rims to the exact same tires. In fact, the tires are smaller. My car has 225 and the tires he sold me were 215. I’m upset because if he knew he didn’t have the correct tires in stock that day, he could’ve ordered them. I had no problem waiting. I had another car to drive while waiting on my tires to be fixed. This was very disheartening that someone would get over like this.

Be aware of their pricing especially if you are a female

My wife took her 2012 Honda Accord in for it’s maintainance minder service, along with a check engine light on. We have owned a Honda since 2008, this is our second Honda Accord. We have used Honda service as well to have our Honda’s serviced or repaired since 2008. For an oil change, radiator flush and check engine light, my wife was charged over $300. My concern was the $125 for reading a computer code and the $31 “service charge”. I received a customer service satisfaction email from them, in which I had to call them to reply, so I did. After getting passed to three different people, one of which was the service technician, Scott, he was very rude and argumentative, not happy with this guy at all. He passed me to the service manager, a little nicer guy, but still very defensive for his company. Never in 11 years has any Honda service charged me to read a computer code then added 10% service fees on top of that. So that was 137.50 to read a computer code, the same thing any auto part store will do for you for FREE. they claimed there was a diagnostic charge not just reading computer code. BS! I think they took advantage of my wife since she doesn’t understand car mechanics. For 11 years, we have paid the over priced charges of taking our Honda to a dealership for service and repairs just to be comfortable with knowing the job was performed to dealer standards. I think this time was a bit overboard, and by chance this was the first time my wife had to take the car in for service without me. This was our 3rd visit to Honda of Newnan and probably our last. We will have to drive back to union city to the dealership there, but at least they treated us fairly and gave us a 10% discount on every visit even without asking for it.

Avoid

Made an appointment on 2/15/18 during a Valenties Day Special that they had for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment on my 2006 Acura TL. Of course the services took forever but that's always the case at Nalley Union City. After driving the car for a week or so, I noticed that my car was pulling to the right very hard as well as the steering wheel moves when going at low speeds over any uneven terrain; this was never the case before. I read up online and the reason for this is caused by a poor alignment job. I wanted an alignment because it hadn't had one in a while and was slightly pulling to the left but I now have a worse alignment than I came in with and they never even bothered to rotate my tires! I didn't know what the before/after measurements were for the alignment as I was never given a printout of this at the time of service so I started emailing trying to get an answer. I emailed my "service advisor", Zahir, on March 22nd, no response, again on March 26th and finally got a response "this is a copy of your alignment" with a picture from his phone taken of a computer screen showing my alignment but he didn't answer any of my questions or offer any assistance. I emailed again on April 11th, no response, April 18th, no response, I started to get a bit perturbed. I "chatted" with someone on their site, told them my problems and was assured that a manager would contact me...nothing. I "chatted" again with someone on their site to the same conclusion. I messaged them on their Facebook account on April 18th and was told that someone would contact me to which I got nothing. I messaged AGAIN on Facebook on April 23rd and no one answered. I messaged again on Facebook on April 25th and was told that I would be contacted by a manager...crickets. I have not been contacted by anyone in my many, many attempts to give them a chance to fix my alignment. My car is still pulling very hard to the right and the steering wheel still jerks to the left and right when going at low speeds over uneven terrain such as bumps or approaching a red light. I do not feel that this is safe to keep driving around and my tires are going to end up wearing unevenly. All I want is for them to put it back on the alignment rack and fix their mistakes. Is it too much to ask for a dealership to have knowledgeable service technicians, an honest staff and a manager who would actually handle the complaints filed by customers? Please avoid this place at all costs, you will end up getting ripped off and taken advantage of. There's plenty of other, honest, repair shops around town that will stand behind their work.

Horrible!

I purchased a Honda Accord 2015, brand new, or so I thought. The car had been returned by a previous buyer for whatever reason. The paperwork was doctored to appear as if the car had 15 miles on it when in actuality it had 180 miles on it. After offering me a lower interest rate I reluctantly went through with the purchase only to find out after going through the paperwork thoroughly that I was charged for a car care plan that was not honored by the service team. After paying for numerous oil-changes and tire rotations that should have been free due to the car care plan that I unknowingly purchased I was promised to be reimbursed by the Finance Manager, Darwin, who began to ignore me when I pressed the issue about my reimbursement. After numerous calls and messages left for the Finance and General Managers, I have still been ignored! [non-permissible content removed] I recently went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Only the oil change was completed because I took the car back in for a new set of tires and I was told that tire rotations had not been done causing uneven wear on my tires. On top of that, the service team will charge you for services that they do not complete. I took my 2010 Honda Accord in for an emissions test and after paying for it and going to the tag office to renew my tag I was told that the emissions had not been completed for my car. After calling and complaining of a service I paid for and did not receive, the service team argued with me that it was completed. Just horrible. Nonetheless, I took the car back up for the emissions and they completed free of charge after arguing with me that it had been done. Please avoid this dealership at all cost if you value honest, fair customer service and a good quality car. This dealership has caused me so much stress and I will NEVER, EVER do business here again. I will drive out of my way to get any service done from now on. This is the worst dealership ever for sales and service. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Horrible Service that turned Out Good

I went to the dealership for unscheduled oil change. I sat in the line for 10 minutes, I get out the car just for someone to notice that I was waiting. I went to rude Jim's desk the first person that I actually spoke to or saw and he quickly told me to go to Reginald's desk. He then tells me that he is busy and that he will get to me soon. As directed I go back to sit in my car. Finally the cars move up and now I get out again after waiting 20 minutes to Reginald telling me that I have to wait more because he doesn't want to get a bad review from an appointment customer and he had to make more phone calls. I waited at his desk for him to make 2 calls before I reminded him that I was a customer as well. Thank God for Melanie or this would've been my last time ever.

Great Service

Good customer service seems hard to find, so being greeted with a smile is always a plus. The service agent Kwesi Bramble ensured everything I needed was handled properly and in a timely manner. He also made my visit feel very appreciated. Everyone I came in contact with had a smile on their face and very helpful.

Honda Service

Mr. Tutt in the service department was very helpful and understanding of my frustration. When I made the service appointment, I advised the young lady I spoke with that I had purchased rain guards for my car when I purchased it. I wanted these installed at the same time my car was serviced. When I got to the dealership, the parts were not available as requested. Now I have to reschedule this install. I was very clear at the time the apt was made that I wanted this done. You would think they would have ordered the rain guards prior to my appointment, This is not the fault of Mr Tutt would did everything in his power to right the situation.

Great Experience at Nalley Honda

I went in to Nalley Honda a couple of weekends ago to get some work done on my 2008 Honda Accord. Everyone was very nice. The service technician I worked with explained everything that needed to happen with my car in detail and was clear about the pricing. I had my doubts about going to a dealership for service on my vehicle, but I feel that the cost and service were both on target. I would return to Nalley Honda, and I would recommend their service department to my family and friends.

Auto repair

I would like to thank Mr. Tutt for taking care of my 2004 Honda Accord. I was stranded, my car was towed to Nally Honda, and Mr. Tutt received my car. My car is running much better, and it's VERY clean. Thank you, Mr. Tutt and all involved in completing the repair of my car.

Great Service

I am a satisfied customer. I had to replace two tires, due to a pothole. Hollie not only got me in to replace them, but also was able to get my car serviced. I received my car back and was out before the promised time. Hollie and the entire Nalley staff were professional and helpful.

Great place to take your Honda!

Recently visited Nalley Honda for my first service for CRV. This dealership is amazing. Service guys were very helpful, and took me ahead of my appointment. Joey and Ken are very friendly. It was pretty fast turnaround and I was on my way back home. I would recommend to go to Nalley Honda to have guaranteed satisfaction!!

Fast and Courteous Service

I called on the day of my appointment and was given a timeframe I could work with. Both the person taking the call, the person who wrote up my ticket for service, the assigned service rep and checkout clerk were courteous, prompt and thanked me for choosing Nalley Honda. I have been a customer for several years and have not experienced any problems from any of the service personnel.

Only place I take my Wife's car

Service second to none

During my first visit to Nalley's service department, my service technician, Robert T., talked to me about what services were due and when they were due. He also explained how my car had sensors to let me know when the services were due and what the codes meant. Mr. T. also looked at coupons that I had received via email as well as service vouchers that I had purchased and recommended which ones to use to save me the most money. Dealerships have a reputation for overcharging its customer. I can honestly say that the service department at Nalley Honda breaks all stereotypes. Not only are they knowledgeable about your vehicle, but they go above and beyond to try to make your service experience a delightful one. I make my appointments online and they honor them. It's a world-class facility.
