Customer Service Exceeds Expectations

My service Representative, Dwayne Lee, has always made sure that my experience with Lexus Galleria Service has been great. He responds directly to calls, sets up appointments based on my needs, and lets me know the expectations regarding time for service, and projected costs. Working with him has really been positive, and I would highly recommend him as your Service Agent. I am treated as a Customer of High Standing - and that is how we all should feel. Thanks again for creating yet another great experience for what would normally be something dreaded.
