onBally Lexus Atlanta service on my RX 330 was a great experience. The waiting area is excellent with free snacks and lots of TVs and comfortable seating. Nicer than many restraints. Service associates were professional and accurate. Prices were reasonable and repairs were well done.

onI only have my vehicle serviced at the Lexus dealership and I only go to Nalley Lexus. My service advisor and the service manager are attentive to my needs and always explain what is being done in detail. They are prompt and provide exceptional service.

Inconsistent

onMy rep was fantastic however there were issues when servicing my vehicle. They advised it would tKe 4-5 days to get the part and it was under warranty therefore I would not have to pay for it. The part was expedited which was great and I got my car back earlier than anticipated however on two occasions, the pricing was not correct when I was settling up. That was surprising and I wondered if it was done so I would not catch it. Again, Tyler was great to work with but others seemed disconnected

onMy recent experience with Nalley Lexus Smyrna was stellar. The Service Adviser and their team take the extra steps and provide a luxury automobile owner the proper treatment. From scheduling, service diagnosis, updates to checkout and most importantly pricing, they have it right. Highly recommend this location - keep up the good work!

Unbelievably considerate, effective and thoughtful

onThe best experience I haver ever had at a dealership. They were considerate enough to wave my $150 repair and parts fee due to a long wait time (which wasn't even that long)! I was amazed that they fed me, hosted me, washed my car, replaced my part, repaired my car's electrical system, and provided wifi all for free!

onMy recent visit to Nalley for my 80,000 mile check up on my RX350 was a great experience! My service rep, Chris W., and his team have done an excellent job in maintaining my car. Chris is always VERY pleasant, accessible, honest, thorough and dependable. I HIGHLY recommend this Nalley service team. We've been with Nalley for 20+ years, and have seen/experienced 'ups and downs' in the service dept over all that time, but for the past year +, they've really pulled it together! Great job!

Service With a Smile

onDwayne treats his customers as if they are the only customer in the service room. He is very professional, and really goes into detail explaining the service, and explaining the options. The mechanics may be hard to understand, and as a female driver, some service groups take advantage of that. Dwayne gives you a full explanation of what he can do to provide a solution. He speaks so that the conversation is private, but you hear him very well. Once the service is complete, he explains what happened, and what you should expect. Once payment is done, he walks you to your car, makes sure all is well, and you are on your way. This is the type of service all customers should expect and should receive. Thanks for such a great experience.
