onI went to this dealer last year to get my ford expedition serviced.
When I went there my vehicle was driving fine, when I left my truck was cutting off at every light.
I took the vehicle right back and was told that I needed a Cadillac
converter and that it was going to cost around $1000.00.
I told them that my truck was not running this way when I came here and I was told that it probably just got like that because the oil was changed and that the vehicle had problems anyway.
They told me that I would have to leave my vehicle there for them to change the Cadillac
converter.
I did not leave my vehicle because I did not believe that all of a sudden with an oil change that it went out.
So I had to drive my vehicle around like that until I was able to get someone I trusted to fix it.
It was found out that the spark plugs that are way in the back of my engine were broken in the engine.
A special tool had to be used to get them out.
I had been having my vehicle serviced at this same location and the new macanic said that it looked as some of the spark plugs had never been changed.
My vehicle is fixed and I am driving well.
I passed Emissions.
I did not need the $1000.00 Cadillac
converter.
I called back to take to the manager after I left and explained what had happened and I was brushed off.
Thanks but no thanks.
