When I became interested in test driving the all new 2014 Cadillac CTS, I sent an inquiry to several dealers. Hennessy showed real interest in having me as a customer, although closer dealerships did not. I never regretted choosing Hennessy. That is because all the staff, from the salesmen, to the financing manager, to the secretaries went out of their way to make me feel at home. The test drives I took were awesome. No rush to get back to the dealership was noticed as the salesman and I took at least 30 minutes for each drive (several cars were driven, for I was wanting to try different engines). When I did decide on the car to purchase, missing from the negotiations was the high sales pitch pressure. I was not rushed nor made to feel uncomfortable. Hennessy wanted me to be happy with the decision I was making. After I purchased the car, the salesman was very detailed oriented to explaining the different perks of the car. He easily got OnStar signed on for me, as well as having my Sirus Radio Service activated. I highly recommend Hennessy Cadillac of Duluth, Ga.
