Purchased GMC Yukon

We recently purchased a 2020 GMC Yukon from Hennessy Cadillac. It was an exceptional buying experience. Our sales consultant, Reginald Batts, was outstanding. He is professional, courteous, efficient, and fair. Reginald had the car waiting for us when we arrived and appraised our trade while we test drove the Yukon. Reggie was knowledgeable regarding the many features of this specific SUV and readily shared the information with us. When it came to buying the car, there was no pressure. I enjoyed the give-and-take exchange with Reginald as we negotiated the value of the trade. I highly recommend you work with Reginald if you visit the dealership. Final points, we were able to quickly complete the purchase/paperwork with Chib in the Business Office. Chib provided us with a competitive price on an extended warranty for the Yukon. I have been purchasing cars for many years. Our experience with Hennessy Cadillac and Reginald Batts ranks up there with the best.

My experience with my sales rep Carl Morrison at Hennessy Cadillac in Duluth, Ga was a wonderful and amazing experience. He made sure that they made me an offer to seal the deal as well as making sure I was comfortable. The test drive in my new Cadillac CT6 Luxury was incredible. After a rocky initial visit with a different sales consultant, I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Daniel Roland (internet sales) and Donald Wooten. Don stayed late on a Thursday night, well past close, to ensure we had a smooth sales process. He went up and beyond to make sure we had a good understanding of all the vehicles features and even took the time to take a family photo with the new ride. Genuine and authentic - which is not what I tend think of when it comes to a sales consultant. I would highly recommend anyone in the market to see Cadillac Don!

Recent used car purchase

My wife and purchased a used car at Hennessy Cadillac. We were lucky that Marlene Topping answered the phone when I inquired about a particular vehicle we saw on line. Dealing with her was a pleasure when we arrived at Hennessy. We do not buy cars very often, therefore tend to keep them for years so do not go through this very often. There was no pressure at all, Marlene let us dictate the pace of the sales process. Had we felt pressured or blind sided we would have walked, which we have done before. A day after the sale there was one issue that Hennessy fixed with basically no questions asked. I would absolutely deal with Marlene and Hennessy again. Also, many thanks to David Patterson, Hennessy Sales Manager.

Very good experience

I was thinking about trading in my much loved convertible for an SUV. A friend suggested I look at Cadillacs. David Bush, at Hennessey, was my salesman. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. So much so, that I ended up buying an XT5 crossover. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and made the whole experience easy. Cadillac XTS and Kurt Hunter

Kurt does it again, topping previous superb service with his best. I emailed Kurt with our criteria. He responded with options. We made an appointment at which he was prepared with narrowed options. We did a test drive and concluded with a purchase. Since I was not expecting Kurt to have it narrowed down for us yet, I did not have a check or the prior car title. Kurt followed us home and in a short afternoon we had a new car and cold not have expected such brilliant service.
