I found the car on Autotrader after widening my search after finding nothing locally. The salesman, Zoltan Krempaszky, made things easy and provided everything I needed to make my decision. No high pressure selling! When I made the trip to see the car, it was exactly as described, and the sales process was smooth and pleasant. I would definitely make the trip again for my next car!

I have dealt with Victor lema for 10 years and have purchased 4 mercedes with him. Victor is always such a pleasure to work with. He is one of the most competent salesmen I have ever known. He has repeatedly and quickly located cars with the specifications I require when other dealership’s sales staff have not. Purchased my first vehicle in 2003. I found Crown Eurocars after telling my husband I could get a Mercedes with the price he had just paid for a Ford Explorer. I did purchase an SUV it was everything I was promised. 13 years later I met the most honest individual. Mr. Zoltan Krempaszky he helped me with all other vehicles. My second vehicle was a car versus an SUV. After several years I injured my knees and was having difficulty getting into it, Zoltan stepped up and I got an SUV. The third vehicle was a coupe. Awesome vehicle. Safe, secure and dependable. My recent purchase is a Gem, I love it. It’s an AMG GLE 53. Zoltan helped me order it. Everything he told me about the vehicle was true. He’s very patient and honest. In today’s world it is very important to have the best attributes and he does. Excellent sales person.

5 Stars out of 5 If I could give Zoltan Krempaszky 100 out of Five Stars, I would. I have had the pleasure of buying from Crown Eurocars-Mercedes since 2009. My last 3 Mercedes have been acquired with the concierge, high level service provided by Zoltan Krempaszky. He is professional, client-focused and makes the buying process seamless. My recent purchase on Saturday was for my dream car (for 30 years); a Maybach GLS 600. My decision to purchase the Maybach is 100% due to Zoltan and his unbelievable focus on the client needs/concerns and making the deal work for both parties. Everything was completed via email or phone. I did not arrive at the dealership until the purchase agreement was signature-ready. They had “her” (yes she has a name) in the showroom with a bow on the hood. My family was extremely impressed with our welcome and the service of Zoltan K and his team. There’s a reason he’s been a top salesman for the past decade. The entire team from Zoltan, Tony C, Nicole Q and Mike M. were incredible. I’m still on cloud nine and very grateful to you, Zoltan.

I know it sounds crazy but on a whim I reached out to Zoltan Krempaszky about finding a new car. I am pretty decisive but I was bringing in two cars as a trade-in. So I was open to finding a balance between fun and practical! We set up an appointment and when we got there Zoltan was ready and helpful as ever. We met Marc Israel during our initial conversation about trad-ins and new vehicle, he played a key role staying late and finding me the best offer and deal for me. At no point was there pressure but instead the best car buying experience I have ever had. Truly. It was not my first Mercedes and definitely wasn’t my last. It’s experiences like this that make people come back over and over again because you know someone is helpful, kind, honest and straightforward. Well, dropped my car off because of a recall with the brake booster and they ended up breaking the car even worse. They keep saying the car was towed to them….well the brakes went out! They wanted me to drive it to them??? My top worked and my car didn’t have any power draws or anything ridiculous like that when i had it dropped off. This happened in November. They had me get an eBay part..the service advisor Michael Giordano had me do that knowing it’s against Mercedes policy and then the top quit working and the car developed a power drain because they knew they damaged my car and wanted to cover it up. It’s not rocket science. Yes i insisted they fix it because they broke the car. They couldn’t even figure out what was wrong with it or even diagnose it. If you can’t figure out how to fix a 20 year old car then how can you be trusted to correct issues with a newer one??Mercedes Corporate set a ticket for the Dealer manager Dan Morris to call me back within 48 hours and he never called back. Was on a three way call with Mercedes Corporate and he would never answer. We left messages with his assistant i never got a call back. They just don’t care The service manager Frank Caporrici decided they would not take responsibility for the car and not only did they want their loaner back the exact day they called(because we’re all just going to drop what we’re doing for them)but they said to get the car the way it is even though it’s a safety issue and they didn’t care. They kept mentioning they didn’t have to give me a loaner….we’ll you do if you break my car….which is why they did it. It wasn’t a courtesy call. Sounds unbelievable but it’s what’s happening. Not to mention Michael Giordano stating that my Car (a classic) without a single scratch is known to be a piece of Sh…. SL this is a Mercedes employee!! Beware DO NOT GO THERE. You can message me if you want to know more facts. The hood was even off angle like it’s bent when i had it towed away.This is going to litigation.
