Russ B made the process of turning in my old lease and starting a new lease very comfortable and pleasant. I usually find this process very stressful. But Russ was understanding and patient. He was not high pressure which I really appreciated. I felt at ease as soon as we started talking. I feel confident that I could call him at any time in the future if I have a problem or a question, and he would be available and willing to help me.
