Terrible Service Do Not Go There!

Well, dropped my car off because of a recall with the brake booster and they ended up breaking the car even worse. They keep saying the car was towed to them….well the brakes went out! They wanted me to drive it to them??? My top worked and my car didn’t have any power draws or anything ridiculous like that when i had it dropped off. This happened in November. They had me get an eBay part..the service advisor Michael Giordano had me do that knowing it’s against Mercedes policy and then the top quit working and the car developed a power drain because they knew they damaged my car and wanted to cover it up. It’s not rocket science. Yes i insisted they fix it because they broke the car. They couldn’t even figure out what was wrong with it or even diagnose it. If you can’t figure out how to fix a 20 year old car then how can you be trusted to correct issues with a newer one??Mercedes Corporate set a ticket for the Dealer manager Dan Morris to call me back within 48 hours and he never called back. Was on a three way call with Mercedes Corporate and he would never answer. We left messages with his assistant i never got a call back. They just don’t care The service manager Frank Caporrici decided they would not take responsibility for the car and not only did they want their loaner back the exact day they called(because we’re all just going to drop what we’re doing for them)but they said to get the car the way it is even though it’s a safety issue and they didn’t care. They kept mentioning they didn’t have to give me a loaner….we’ll you do if you break my car….which is why they did it. It wasn’t a courtesy call. Sounds unbelievable but it’s what’s happening. Not to mention Michael Giordano stating that my Car (a classic) without a single scratch is known to be a piece of Sh…. SL this is a Mercedes employee!! Beware DO NOT GO THERE. You can message me if you want to know more facts. The hood was even off angle like it’s bent when i had it towed away.This is going to litigation.

Used truck sales team

Omar was awesome. He and Joseph sabzcek were great. These two made my experience a good one. These two went above all expectations. My sales person was Vic. Very nice. He was not on top of the product and warranty. Rest assured Joseph and Omar fixed things right. They saved this deal.

Very good experience

The guy Andy who had helped me was Awesome and got everything fixed that I needed and wanted fixed and was given a nice loaner to drive until it was done, my only real complaint was I made an appoint online and even had a confirmation and both times they had no record of it, but thankfully my husband called as well so we were still able to get it in there but other people may not so becareful of that.

Best service department I've been at!

Bruno Onetti in service department just goes above and beyond for customer service. I've never been to a dealership where me and my family are treated like royalty. He does not have to but he does and thats what makes us come back and get all recommended services done! Dan Morris is a phenomenal Manager there! His takes pride in his dealership and customer service is 100%. Zoltan in sales is also amazing and has above and beyond customer service. If you have any concerns, go straight to Dan, avoid Greg. Greg from pre owned sales manager did not do anything to provide good customer service. Did not want to talk much and said he would follow up and didn't. Thats my only concern. Overall all the employees are amazing!
