Awesome service department! They earned my business!

onI brought my 2007 G6 convertible in to be repaired at Dick Norris.
Dick Norris GMC did NOT have the expertise to handle this repair and ultimately caused further damage ($600+) to my convertible top, which made it unusable altogether.
Crown Buick GMC repaired the damages to bring the car back into its previous state.
The original repair to fix a broken hinge could not be successfully complete since GMC quit making the required parts.
To ensure I could still use my convertible top, their expert service repairmen knew that the hinge was to operate a COSMETIC part of the vehicle.
As a result, they simply removed the COSMETIC cover and I left with a fully functional vehicle!
So very pleased with their expertise and they have gained a new customer.
I will be back to this dealership again to purchase my next vehicle.
Moving forward, I will not only have my 2007 G6 convertible serviced here, but also my 2011 GMC Acadia!
