You guys can’t seem to fix my water leak @ the back glass window on a 2020 GMC AT4 Black Widow. The back window was just replaced by you guys twice now and after only being out of the shop for only 40 days and a new water leak. There’s NO EXCUSE FOR THIS

1st service on my 22 GMC Terrain at Crown Buick / GMC

Jacquel, my service advisor, was extremely professional, came out and greeted me and explained everything pertaining to my service appointment to me upon my arrival. The customer waiting area was very clean and spacious and I appreciated the free coffee. The service actually only took a little over an hour and again Jacquel explained all they did and escorted me to the service cashier for checkout. This was a very pleasant experience for me. Thanks,

Great Service

Running our holiday errands and saw the check engine light on steady yellow, drove to Crown Buick, fortunately our advisor John Grundon was working and he ran out to take a look at the sensor. Found the problem had to leave the car for the replacement thermostat. Great to know that even thru the holidays you get GREAT service.

Great service, Friendly staff!!

Staff upon arrival was great! Greeted with a smile, Brittany was great really knows her stuff and answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had. work was done in a timely manner and I wasn't pushed towards unnecessary services. Brittany did advise me on additional services which I will definitely be returning for.

Best Service Guy Ever!

My service guy Dave Biagi is the best! Thank you Dave. Every time in there he has been amazing!!! I love this guy! He is so helpful, so nice, just wonderful. Stays after to make sure you are totally happy. If you need service work done ask for him you won't be sorry he will treat you right. Service department people are so nice here and Dave is number 1 in my book. Thanks Dave Biagi and your service department for jobs well done. Crown, you are lucky to have Dave and the great people in your service department.

Amazing

Distressed that my six month old car would not start and had to be towed. David Biagi received and fixed my car without hesitation. He greeted me at the door when I arrived to pick up my car as if I was the only customer he was helping! Awesome service David! I am impressed!

Best service experience I've had

I drive my car a lot for work, about 40,000 miles a year, so I have to keep my car in top shape. I go there because I know the job get done right. Most of the time I wait there at the dealership and they have probably the nicest waiting room I've been in. They have a nice desk that I can get work done at. It's as though I'm not even missing any work while I'm there. On top of that, the people there are all very nice. Never had a problem, nor do I anticipate that I ever will. Very nice environment. ... It's like when you find a good doctor or dentist or barber. When you find a good one, you stick with them! .... Greg Berry is my adviser and if I ever have a question about anything, I know I can call him and he'll get right back to me. He's a real professional.

Awesome service department! They earned my business!

I brought my 2007 G6 convertible in to be repaired at Dick Norris. Dick Norris GMC did NOT have the expertise to handle this repair and ultimately caused further damage ($600+) to my convertible top, which made it unusable altogether. Crown Buick GMC repaired the damages to bring the car back into its previous state. The original repair to fix a broken hinge could not be successfully complete since GMC quit making the required parts. To ensure I could still use my convertible top, their expert service repairmen knew that the hinge was to operate a COSMETIC part of the vehicle. As a result, they simply removed the COSMETIC cover and I left with a fully functional vehicle! So very pleased with their expertise and they have gained a new customer. I will be back to this dealership again to purchase my next vehicle. Moving forward, I will not only have my 2007 G6 convertible serviced here, but also my 2011 GMC Acadia!

GREAT JOB - AS USUAL!

I'm so happy to finally write a review for you all. Harry Ossenberg has been my service advisor for well over 5 years now at Crown Buick GMC, as I followed him from Scott Buick which closed. Harry is a great advisor. Very helpful, attentive, and very friendly too. He always lets you know what's happening, and explains everything to you. I can also say that mechanic, Owen Runacres is the best mechanic you have, and he always figures out the problems or "troubles" I give them - and that's why my 94 Skylark is still running great! And receptionist, Doris, is a very pleasant lady, who knows her stuff and is in control of all the paperwork that gets generated. I can't say enough about your team at Crown Buick GMC.....Great Job - as usual, and keep up the good work.

Dishonest on services required and unable to research service bulletins

I bought a new GMC Envoy at Crown Pontiac/GMC. Immediately I noticed an issue with the headlights flickering in almost a strobe-like fasion. the issue came and went for a week so I brought the car in. Of course, "we can not reproduce the problem" was the answer. This went on for 6 more months. Later, I found there was a sevice bulletin issued by GM on this exact isue. A cold solder joint on a control board caused this issue. Crown could not even research the bulletins supplied by the factory. Second issue is their pre-printed sheets with "recommended services" in large, bold font at the top. Having been an engineer with GM, I new that factory recommended services were highly researched. Crown would add their own "dealer recommended" services, mixed in with the factory recommended services on a re-printed sheet. When questioned about the additional services not in the user manual, I was shown the tiny asterics over the service description, then to the tiny print in the corner which said, "dealer recommended service". These, unneeded, services would double or triple the cost of a normal 25,000, 35,000, or 50,000 mile service. On my third visit, again declining the dealer recommended service, the service technician put "customer declines recommended service" on my invoice. When I questioned what that meant, he said that declining recommended services could negate my warranty. This, of course, is untrue. After making a bit of a scene and not accepting the invoice as written, I finally received an invoice without this wording. Needless to say, I have stopped going to Crown GMC for service, but I feel sorry for all of those who don't question their inflated "recommended service" lists.

either stupid or don't care

I took my car in about 8 times to fix a noisy brake rotor at 9000 miles on my 04 gto (bought used). This was go[ng on since July of 2007. They kept saying 'cannot duplicate problem". I kept taking it back. There was also some noise coming from my engine. They replaced the serpentine belt, where it made MORE noise afterwards and got less mpg. I later determiend that the noise from teh engine was bad clutch bearings. The belt took three weeks to get in. THey told me repeatedly they couldnt' hear the noise in the rotor, despite the fact it was screeching like a banshee. I just ended up selling the car. Never buy a Pontiac.
