Bought a '13 Suburban with ~22k miles that had been sitting on their lot for 180 days. It was a good buying experience, liked the sales guy. Unfortunately, a month after the purchase I had a small accident maneuvering around a fence (it's a big vehicle...). Was hoping that after spending so much money at the dealership they would at least help out with a loaner. No such luck.

We have complimentary loaners for mechanical repairs through our service department not at our body shop because of the nature of repairs taking weeks instead of days . We do however offer a $100 discount as part of our Zee Guarantee & deeply discounted rental rates which are normally covered by owners insurance . Glad you thought you purchase was smooth and we're sorry you ran into something !
