I called on a specific SUV I found on Edmunds. Edmunds description and pictures showed this vehicle to be the one I had been looking for, even though I was 97 miles away in RI. I called Monday August 31 at about 10 am and talked to a salesman. I will not reveal his name, what happened that day may be what he was required to do by others...I do not have that information. I introduced myself and asked him if I could have the CarFax report sent to me. He told me that would not be a problem and asked me to wait while he checked to make sure vehicle had not been sold. When he came back I was told the vehicle was available. I asked him if they would send the vehicle to a RI dealer for me to see and I was told no. He told me they would like to move this vehicle Monday since it was the end of the month. I was asked if I would be making a down payment and how much it would be. I offered $480.00 less than the listed price and said I would put down $15k. He took my number and told me he would call me back after he ran my offer past his boss. Two hours later still no return call. I called him back and when he got on the phone he just told me that "the vehicle was no longer available". I had already arraigned a ride for Wednesday (today) to bring me to handle paperwork and pick up vehicle. Hearing that the vehicle was no longer available, and not sold, are two different things. He did not even tell me if my offer was accepted or denied. I do not think that is the way to treat a prospective customer.

Bought a '13 Suburban with ~22k miles that had been sitting on their lot for 180 days. It was a good buying experience, liked the sales guy. Unfortunately, a month after the purchase I had a small accident maneuvering around a fence (it's a big vehicle...). Was hoping that after spending so much money at the dealership they would at least help out with a loaner. No such luck.

I just leased a new Chevy Cruze from Carl at Chevrolet of Milford. After surveying auto row I found the Chevy Cruze. It is a quality vehicle with a top notch safety rating at a very good price. The dealership and our salesperson, Carl, cared about what I wanted not what he needed to move. He was patient with me and my family (we looked at various models) knowledgable of the brand, updated me frequently on the vehicle's arrival and pleasant to work with. The best part is the price quoted and the monthly payment quoted was what I paid in the end. This is my first time buying from this dealership. I would highly recommend them.

Carl B really knew what he was selling inside and out, I learned more in a 10 minute test drive than I thought possible. The paper work which is usually tedious and long winded- they had it electronically designed, kept me alert and involved throughout the formal work. Top of the line Technology from top of the line guys.. thanks again everyone! And yes THE CHEVY VOLT GET 98mpg..(city)

I got an incredible deal on a brand new 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500. Love it. I suggest working with Liz T. She's friendly, helpful and has the patience of a saint. I only wish that my insurance company, USAA, had a clue.

I recently purchased a slightly used 2014 Cruze for my son from Chevrolet of Milford. Our salesman Ralph was extremely knowlegeable yet low-key, and the car was essentially immaculate and attractively priced. The only glitch was a warranty repair issue that they originally overlooked (which is why I gave 4 stars, not 5) but then resolved rapidly and fairly. I have no complaints and will return them without hesitation the next time we are in the market for a Chevy.

This dealership was very nice and for the most part, the process went well. Very helpful. My one complaint would be that I wish I was told that I was getting a different rate on the care loan from what was estimated on the first day I met with the seller. Of course, they then want to sell you the warranties with it but I was still shocked that the monthly payments were a little more than I was expecting. Having not had car payments in 8 yrs, I am not looking forward to them. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase and believe it was a fair price.

Had the experience of buying my second equinox and it was not as intimidating as I thought, As a woman I felt the whole process went fairly and smoothly as it did the first time. Kudos for the three men( Jack, Carl and Bill) who tolerated and answered all my questions.... Will continue to be a service customer too.

I just got a great deal on a used Chevy HHR here. The vehicle was clean and fairly priced, and we were able to conclude the entire deal in about 90 minutes, including the registration, insurance and plate switch, etc. Very nice sales team - no pressure - everything was explained - and they worked hard to get me the best financing deal out there. I would highly recommend them. Ralph was my salesman.
