onI made an appointment and when I got there no one wanted to help, one of your representatives was to busy eating a bowl of cereal it was 730 am on a Monday and I guess he was hungry a younger gentleman the other two reps acted like they didn't see me I felt like I was bothering them. I wasn't helped until Marvin S. walked in a good 10min wait with an appointment. same thing happened when I went to pick up the car two reps gave me the cold shoulder and when one did eventually try to help he shushed me to take a call he had a strong accent. When his call was over he continued to try and help, luckily Mr. S. walked in and was able to check me out. The only reason I gave a totally satisfied rating was the service provided by Marvin S. This wasn't the first time I was treated like this at your service department, when I would go in for oil changes your reps would act like this. This is why I am reluctant to come here for routine service.
